Continue ReadingMcGill is a elite athlete with twitch in the short area, start/stop abilities and can affect the game in all three phases. He shows a strong initial first level burst through the hole, good vision in traffic with cutback abilities and is a natural pass catcher with strong hands and good body control when making contested catches. He also flashes contact balance, can make defenders miss in the open field and breaks arm and ankle tackles while running tough and physical in the box. Also an elite returner with big play abilities, he locks himself in as the top athlete in the 2025 class across the state in our most recent rankings. He is a multi-FBS offer kid already and should only see his stock soar from here.
Briggs is one that is a no brainer to enter into our rankings with the most recent update, and is an elusive runner that runs hard for his size and displays good speed and initial acceleration through the first level. He is a smooth athlete, that has some short area wiggle, can make defenders miss in the hole and shows natural forward lean and runs behind his pads with a third level gear as well. He is a zone runner that reads flow well with cutback abilities and gets downhill in a hurry while not afraid to bounce it outside and gain the edge when needed. He is in line for a huge Junior season, and should put up impressive numbers in 2023.
Tenette is a two sport star and has some upside at the receiver position due to ball skills, natural high point abilities and his ability to run routes vertically and underneath while pushing safeties and a mismatch against outside linebackers. He is a natural pass catcher with strong hands, a big catch radius and plucks the ball out of the air while establishing good body positioning. Tenette shows he can get off press coverage with a quick use of hands and explosive first step while getting in corners blind spots before breaking off his route. Also one of the better basketball players across the region, the two sport prospect should gather college interest through his final two years of his prep career.
