The offensive line unit is one position grouping that cannot be overlooked. In today's article we are going shine a spotlight on the 2025 class of offensive linemen. The group we examine today will likely see plenty of playing time this fall. For myself, the offensive line is where the games are won on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This is another group where the future is now.

Jaylan Beckley-Addison Trinity Christian-6'5” 285-Pounds

What sticks out immediately, is that Beckley is an extremely versatile prospect. The young man has the talent level to play and excel on both sides of the football. Beckley is very athletic, and he uses his speed well to get out of the stance and into the opposing defensive lineman. He uses his skills on the defensive side of the ball on the offensive side of the ball. Beckley is a powerful tackle and he can drive the opposing defensive pass rusher to the ground. Look for Beckley to continue to develop and he is a tackle with division one talent.

[player_tooltip player_id='285901' first='Owen' last='Hollenbeck']-Melissa-6'4” 305-Pounds

[player_tooltip player_id='285901' first='Owen' last='Hollenbeck'] is an impressive offensive lineman that can devastate the opposing defensive lineman with his run blocking ability. He has no problem clearing a rushing lane for his teammates. Hollenbeck uses his quickness well and is rarely caught out of position. Hollenbeck has worked more at the guard spot over this past season. However, he is versatile enough to kick outside and play the tackle spots. Hollenbeck has the potential to be a mainstay on the offensive line over the next couple of seasons. He is a prospect to watch out for this upcoming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='285902' first='Seth' last='Smart']-Eisenhower-6'4” 290-Pounds

The offensive line position grouping is not lacking for talent in the class of 2025. Especially, the interior offensive line prospects. [player_tooltip player_id='285902' first='Seth' last='Smart'] fits those descriptions well. Smart is an explosive lineman that gets out of the stance quickly. What is the most impressive quality is just how quick Smart is. Meanwhile, Smart mixes his speed well with his power. Smart is a road grader for the Eisenhower rushing attack. Smart's ability to pull on outside rushes is a talent that will serve Eisenhower offense well this season. Keep an eye on Smart he is another prospect with the potential to play on Saturdays.

[player_tooltip player_id='432056' first='Lamont' last='Rogers']-Mesquite Horn-6'7” 305-Pounds

Mesquite Horn left tackle [player_tooltip player_id='432056' first='Lamont' last='Rogers'] is a prospect that plays with a mean streak. He uses his power well and works to finish every block by driving the opposing rusher to the ground. Rogers has good speed and is used well to clear a rushing lane for his teammates. He has the frame to support more weight should coaches ask him to add weight this offseason. Rogers has tremendous athletic ability, and he is just getting started. I expect him to blow up from a recruiting perspective over the next few months.

[player_tooltip player_id='285906' first='Will' last='Ogle']-Highland Park-6'4” 315-Pounds

Highland Park offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='285906' first='Will' last='Ogle'] has put his versatility on display over the past few seasons. He can shift from the guard to the center position with little effort. Ogle has the speed needed to explode out of the stance and pull on outside rushing plays. He is impressive when he is asked to pull on sweeps. Ogle has no trouble clearing a rushing lane for his running backs. From a pass blocking perspective, Ogle plays with a chip on his shoulder and will finish his blocks and attempt to get to the second level. Ogle has drawn the attention of Florida State and I look for him to continue to rack up the scholarship offers.
