Below, we take a look at six versatile players who can contribute to an offensive line unit at the next level.
Harrison Hunt
Harrison Hunt
Harrison Hunt is the right guard for Bowling Green High School. Harrison has the strength & competitiveness coaches want to see in an undersized developmental OL prospect.
Harrison shows his tenacity and power finishing defensive linemen into the dirt for Bowling Green’s wing T offense. Good strength shows in his leg drive and sustain ability at the point of attack. Coaches are encouraged by Harrison’s guard projection when they witness his speed & change of direction cover up linebackers at the second level.
Trey Gunnoe
Trey Gunnoe
Trey Gunnoe is a versatile prospect who has played guard and tackle for Rockhurst. Size plus experience across the line will be good for Trey’s position switch at the next level.
Good quickness shows gaining leverage laterally and changing direction as a puller. Trey’s power and physicality shows moving bigger defensive tackles one on one at the point of attack. Good patience and angles taken to the second level highlight football IQ that is ideal for a position change to center.
Shaun Hunt

Shaun Hunt is an anchor on the offensive line for Webb City. Acceleration off the ball and effort in his finish help coaches overlook Shaun’s height and focus on his next level abilities.
Shaun’s drive and quickness show getting off the ball and into defenders’ chests immediately after the snap. Good drive and explosiveness shows knocking back bigger defensive tackles aligned on him head up. Coaches will be sure to notice Shaun’s strength when they witness his anchor stone defensive tackles in pass protection.
Gus Dames Gus Dames 6’5″ | 305 lbs | OL St. Louis University | 2024 State MO is the right tackle for Saint Louis University High School. Good instincts and size for guard project Gus to an interior lineman spot at the next level.
Gus’ power shows drive blocking defensive linemen onto their backs in inside runs. Quick feet shows picking up edge rushers in pass protection. Coaches like seeing Gus’ reactive athleticism in pass protection and effort in the run game finishing defenders downfield.
Eli Craft
Eli Craft
Eli Craft played six games for Eureka in 2022 due to injury. Still, Eli has already been on four Junior Day visits according to his Twitter despite a shortened season. A combination of factors are setting up for Eli be an ascending prospect in the 2024 OL class.
College coaches like Eli’s experience at guard & tackle and will look for him to be a versatile lineman at the next level. Good power and pad level get displayed when Eli creates space at the point of attack in power runs. Eli shows good athleticism in pass protection when he is forced to redirect and pick up knifing edge rushers. Quickness and strength show gaining & sustaining lateral leverage in boot action protection schemes.
Davis Schukar Davis Schukar 6’4″ | 270 lbs | OL MICDS | 2024 State MO is a versatile lineman who has experience playing multiple positions for MICDS. Davis’ high football IQ is coveted in offensive line recruits. Combined with a 34 ACT score, it is no surprise that Davis has been to a series of Ivy League camps and game day visits.
Davis shows next level strength & athleticism reach blocking linemen from a tight end alignment. Good upper body strength and toughness in his finish shows driving defenders over five yards downfield. Next level power shows creating space at the line in power run schemes.
