Phillips possesses very good measurable, does a really good job going through his reads, and shows very good accuracy on timing routes and at all three levels of the field. Big time player coaches need to check out this spring. Phillips currently has an offer from Campbell University.
Jamaal Haggins- Dr. Krop High c/o 24

He’ll have the Lightning back in contention for a district title and a shot to get back into the playoffs after leading them to the second round last season.
Florentino Lopez– McArthur High c/o 26
6’2 240lbs
Lopez is one of the more promising young quarterback prospects in the South Florida region. He has prototype size already and shows really good ability to be a force this season. Lopez doesn’t have any MaxPrep stats, but Lopez does show a big arm, the ability to process coverages, and get the ball out quickly. He will challenge to be the best quarterback in the district this season.
Isaiah Parks- Hollywood Hills High c/o 24
5’11 160lbs
Parks is an intriguing player because he shows really good athleticism outside of the pocket and speed to get to the edge and be a playmaker with his legs. His MaxPrep stats only show two games played, but in those two games he passed for 123 yards and two touchdowns. In a district with only four teams, Parks will have Hollywood Hills in the hunt for district title this season.
