Tristan Childers – RB – Boaz HS / @tc2smoove
Childers possesses great vision when looking for space to run. He has good patience and will let things happen in front of him. From that point, he can take the proper angle, get to the hole and gain yardage. When defenders take his running lane, Childers showed the ability to adapt. He can bounce runs to the outside when nothing is there for him inside the tackles.
Keishawn Rowser Jr. – RB – Demopolis HS / @krowser_34
Rowser is an exceptionally shifty back with the football. In the backfield, he can adjust where he is going to run as a result of his vision and with ease plant his foot in the ground to make a quick cut. In space, he is elusive. He can stop on a dime to put a move on a defender and make them miss. Overall, his ability to one-cut around the line of scrimmage and down the field is impressive.
Keiland Baker – QB – Holtville HS
Making decisions is a pretty good trait for Ridder. He does a good job of identifying which receivers will be open and which will not. Also anticipation and touch are both areas where Ridder has displayed talent in. He is good at figuring out when receivers will get open while or before they make their break.
Taijh Overton- OLB – Williamson HS
Overton has great instincts. There are countless plays across all the games watched where he is patient enough to decipher the play but quick enough to get his feet moving and attack the ball carrier. One play specifically I’ve seen on film where he was faced with a misdirection reverse and stayed balanced but flew over to the ball carrier and made the tackle excellently.
Ja’marion Bennett – DB – Demopolis HS
When Bennett is playing man coverage, he typically does so by pressing opposing receivers at the line of scrimmage. He is physical from the snap and can manhandle cornerbacks to the point they can’t get into their route. Thanks to his length, Bennett does fantastic in this regard, and it will be a welcomed addition at the next level.
