Coleman Carter Coleman Carter 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Adams County Christian | 2025 State MS , Adams County Christian School
Carter steps on the field and leads. He has done that since his freshman season. He reminds me of all the dual threat quarterbacks who are legendary. Carter had a great season last year. He has a great ability to extend plays. That’s way I loved about watching his film. He is a great passer on the run. Carter can also stand back and make good passes in the pocket. I think he needs to work on his arm strength. He can be a very accurate passer. Carter is a stud.
Garrison Davis Garrison Davis 5'11" | 190 lbs | QB Holmes County Central | 2025 State MS , Ridgeland
Davis was amazing last year. He had two great senior receivers and he took advantage. I still remember being at the Dandy Dozen photo shoot having a conversation with Coach Teddy Dyess. He was telling me that Davis was going to be a stud. He did not lie to me. Davis has a great arm. He simply gets it done. He is also a great baseball player. That automatically makes me think of Kyler Murray. Davis can sling the rock, but he isn’t that tall. That doesn’t get in his way. He has a good arm, and makes very good accurate throws.
Xavier Hunt, Louisville
Hunt is a good quarterback that has the potential to be a division one player. He won some big games, and competed in some big games for Louisville last year. I think the 2023 football will be his time to let the state know who he is. Hunt plays the game with a lot of confidence. He has nice accuracy and knows how to progress through his reads. I think that he needs to get the ball out quicker at times. I also think that he needs to use his legs more. Hunt is naturally athletic. If he uses his legs more it will open up a lot more things for his offense.
