Luke Gordon, LB, Prattville
I love how Gordon plays the game. This guy knows how to read. He is a gritty guy that loves to make tackles. He is a coach’s favorite to send on a blitz. Gordon has a great way of making his body small when he needs to get to the play. It is hard for lineman to block him. He stands 5-foot-10, weighing around 195. I think that if he gets his speed down to a low 4.6, he can play safety on the next level. Gordon is the truth.
Hahkeem Green, WR, Rain
This is a smaller receiver who can step up with bigger guys. He has a lot of speed and runs good routes. He has good hands. Green is definitely a slot receiver. He can catch screens and take them to the house. He is going to be able to get a good release on most cornerbacks. Green has a chance to play on the next level. I think he needs to get his weight up to around 170. He is a guy I’ll be keeping my eyes on.
Derrick Butler, ATH, Davidson
This guy right here is too explosive. I loved watching his film. He possesses some great breakaway speed. He also has some nice size standing 6-foot, 185-pounds. This young man has the potential to be a division one player. He has great vision. Butler knows how to pick the right hole. He is a guy that can also play receiver or defensive back. Butler will continue to grow as well. I think he has a great chance to play running back.
Andrew Kirkland, OL, Oxford
Kirkland is a big guy that plays hard in the trenches. He stands 6-foot-4, 280 pounds. I think that he can pack on twenty or thirty more pounds. Kirkland has long arms that he uses well. He also knows how to time his punches for defenders coming his way. He can also move well in the running game. Kirkland is also a very strong lineman. He has the size to be a power five player. I would love to see him develop more. He is a guy to keep up with.
