With the high school football season officially over the top athletes from America all gather in one place to play in The Under Armour All-American Game. This game took place on January 3rd in Orlando, Florida. All the athletes were ready to compete with the best of the best in the nation for their last football game in high school. It was Team Phantom vs Team Speed both teams were evenly matched the whole game, but Team Phantom was able to get ahead and won with a final score of 14-7. In this article, I will be covering the Texas standouts from Team Speed.

Team Speed Denton Guyer #11 [player_tooltip player_id='131814' first='Jackson' last='Arnold'] QB 6'1 200 lbs

College: University of Oklahoma

Rankings: National #7 QB #4 TX #1

Team Speed's main quarterback was [player_tooltip player_id='131814' first='Jackson' last='Arnold']. Jackson is a quarterback that takes full advantage of every situation. Jackson is a sharp, quick, and decisive player with an adequate amount of speed. Jackson has the ability to throw the ball with great accuracy from long range and dart quick passes. Jackson was playing with tons of great wide receivers and was able to utilize all of them properly. Although Jackson hasn't been playing with Team Speed long he was able to trust his great offensive line to protect him allowing him to stay in the pocket to throw the passes he could.

Team Speed Longview #8 [player_tooltip player_id='60850' first='Jalen' last='Hale'] WR 6'1 185 lbs

College: University of Alabama

Rankings: National #40 WR #7 TX #7

[player_tooltip player_id='60850' first='Jalen' last='Hale'] is one of the best wide receivers in the country and he showcased why in this game. Not only does Jalen have speed his quickness and footwork helped him avoid tackles and big hits. Jalen's jumping power is also the impressive ability to catch high overhead passes with ease. Jalen's skills will be properly utilized at The University of Alabama next season.

Team Speed Langham Creek #6 [player_tooltip player_id='122021' first='Jaquaize' last='Pettaway'] WR 5'11 170 lbs

College: University of Oklahoma

Rankings: National #66 WR #11 TX #12

[player_tooltip player_id='122021' first='Jaquaize' last='Pettaway'] was one of the fastest players in the UA All-American game. The University of Oklahoma commits Jaquaize playing with quarterback Oklahoma commit [player_tooltip player_id='131814' first='Jackson' last='Arnold'] was a great showcased of Oklahoma football in the future. They were both in sync Jaquaize was a great weapon with speed and quickness. Jaquaize was giving Team Phantom's defense a run for their money not making even for them to cover him.

Team Speed Tyler Legacy #9 [player_tooltip player_id='136130' first='Jordan' last='Renaud'] EDGE 6'4 245 lbs

College: University of Alabama

Rankings: National #62 DL #7 TX #10

[player_tooltip player_id='136130' first='Jordan' last='Renaud'] is an ideal defensive tackle with power, size, and speed. Jordan was quick off the ball and bulldozed his way through the offensive line to get in the backfield. Being one of the best and biggest defensive linemen in the game Jordan was a phenomenal athlete on Team Speed's roster.

Team Speed Denton Guyer #22 [player_tooltip player_id='258573' first='Peyton' last='Bowen'] S 6'0 185 lbs

College: University of Oklahoma

Rankings: National #14 S #2 TX #3

A tenacious athlete is Denton Guyer's safety, [player_tooltip player_id='258573' first='Peyton' last='Bowen']. Peyton is one of the best safeties in the country for a reason his stats are off the charts. Peyton's speed, strength, awareness, and game knowledge are all 5-star quality. Anyone on Team Phantom that ran in Peyton's zone paid the price with a devastating tackle.
