Which players are seeing their stock rise after a big junior season? Let's take a look...

[player_tooltip player_id='627962' first='Daniel' last='Jones'] - OL - Lowndes

One of the top 2024 offensive tackle prospects in South Georgia, Jones is a long, lean left tackle with plenty of room to aadd more weight and muscle. He's certainly an unfinished product, and if he continues to develop while adding more weight, he has a chance to really see his stock take off. He moves well for someone 6-foot-5 255-pounds with plenty of quickness. He can get to the second level and eliminate linebackers. He's still somewhat raw from a fundamental standpoint, but he has thee frame, toughness, and overall potential that college coaches have noticed so far. He's coming off an excellent junior season and will likely climb thee rankings in Georgia for the 2024 class. He earned a recent offer from West Virginia.

[player_tooltip player_id='627978' first='Jaylin' last='Lackey'] - DB - South Gwinnett

One of the top two-way players in 7A Region 4, there wasn't much Lackey didn't do for a struggling South Gwinnett team. An impressive twitchy athlete with excellent ball skills, the Gwinnett County receiver/defensive back made play after play on both sides of the ball all season long. At receiver, Lackey consistently found a way to get open and showed the ability to snatch the ball out of the air. At cornerback, Lackey can hold his own on the outside and does a great job of reading the quarterback and closing on the receiver. If thee ball is around, he's always able to go make a play. He's a strong tackler as well, making him a promising defensive back prospect. The D1 interest is on it's way, and last week he earned a new offer from Pittsburgh.

Montreze Smith - LB - Carrollton

A versatile linebacker with tremendous closing speed, Smith was a football magnet last year for Carrollton and had himself a breakout junior season. At 6-foot-0 200-pounds, Smith had a real nose for the football and knows how to wrap up as well as anyone in the area. He dissects plays quickly and knows how to get downhill to close running lanes between the tackles. He's quick, instinctive, and made a lot of plays in the backfield for the Trojans last year. He's also a big weapon when blitzing and getting after the quarterback. He takes direct angles to the ball carrier and shows a impressive motor when chasing backs towards the sideline. He's a very active, productive linebacker that helped lead the Trojans' defense to the 7A state championship game. As good as he was last year, look for him to play an even bigger role and have an outstanding senior season in 2023. He has D1 talent, and last week he earned a new offer from Boston College.

[player_tooltip player_id='137448' first='Michai' last='Boireau'] - DT - Creekside

A dominant interior defensive line prospect who can blow up any particular play, the Atlanta native is a massive force in the middle of thee trenches at 6-foot-6 350-pounds. He's incredibly strong and has no problem barreling through a double or triple team. He closes the running lanes and takes up a lot of space between the tackles. He does a great job of throwing opposing linemen backwards and destroying the opponent's rushing attack. He plays on aa loaded Creekside defense and does a great job of winning his battles on the line of scrimmage. He's physically imposing and lived in the backfield last year. He has plenty of his, strength, and can be a game-changer at times on the defensive line. He's one of the top overall DL prospects in the Atlanta area and he's had a monster month of January on thee recruiting trail. Once his junior film got out, the offers came in a hurry, and he recently earned offers from Ole Miss, Missouri, Indiana, among others.
