Sua chose Arizona over Stanford and UCLA which were also finalists.
He led Mater Dei with 63 tackles this season with 10.5 tackles for a loss and two interceptions.
Sua is the 12th player from California in Arizona’s 2023 recruiting class and is the first linebacker from CA in the class.
Mott announced his commitment to Weber State on Tuesday.
The defensive end was originally committed to Colorado, but was told his commitment would not be honored when Deion Sanders was named the head coach at Colorado.
Mott is the fourth player from California in Weber State’s 2023 recruiting class and the first defensive player in the class.
Highlights
The St. John Bosco offensive lineman announced his commitment to Arizona State on Monday.
Na’a played left tackle for Bosco this year and had his stock rise rapidly. He was the MVP of the Allegiance Camp last spring.
He had 9 other offers and visited San Jose State as well. Na’a is one of six players from California in Arizona State’s 2023 recruiting class and the first offensive lineman from CA in the class.
The 5-foot-11 quarterback from Chaparral in Temecula announced his commitment to Valparaiso on Tuesday.
Tyler completed 64 percent of his passes for 12 touchdowns and just three interceptions for Chaparral this season.
Valpo was the only Division 1 school to offer Tyler. Both of Valpo’s 2023 commits are from California.
Newport Harbor star defender Carson De Avila Carson De Avila 6’1″ | 195 lbs | DB Newport Harbor | 2023 State CA announced his commitment to Navy this week.
De Avila was named First Team All-County by the Orange County Register.
He also was being heavily recruited by Army.
