Westfield Mustangs #7 PJ Hatter QB Sr 6’2 185 lbs
PJ Hatter just transferred to Westfield this season from Klein Oak high school. PJ’s senior season at Westfield made him develop into an even better quarterback and made the already powerful Westfield offense even better. PJ distributed the ball properly to his wide receiver and wasn’t afraid to run the ball himself. PJ also has a great build being tall and sturdy allowing him to withstand tackles from any defender.

Cypress Ranch Mustangs #10 Blake Baker Blake Baker 6'5" | 195 lbs | QB Cypress Ranch | 2023 State TX QB Sr 6’5 195 lbs
Blake Baker Blake Baker 6'5" | 195 lbs | QB Cypress Ranch | 2023 State TX is one of the best quarterbacks I have seen this season. Blake had great protection in his offensive line allowing him to stay in the pocket and just focus on passing the ball. Blake throws perfect spiral passes to his wide receivers and gives them the best chance to score. However, throwing and passing isn’t the only thing Blake can do also an efficient scrambler finding the perfect path to run through and getting enough yards for a 1st down or even a touchdown.

Cy-Fair Bobcats #3 Trey Owens Trey Owens 6'4" | 200 lbs | QB Cy Fair | 2024 State TX QB Jr 6’2 190 lbs
Trey Owens Trey Owens 6'4" | 200 lbs | QB Cy Fair | 2024 State TX is a spectacular quarterback. In the one game, I saw of his all of Trey’s passes were spot-on with a nice perfect spiral. Trey can accurately throw short, mid, and long ranges. The only passes of Trey’s that weren’t accurate were dropped by the wide receiver or knocked down by the defender. If Trey improved his speed, running, and scrambling skills he will become one of the best quarterbacks not only in his own division but in Houston.

The Woodlands Highlanders #7 Mabrey Mettauer Mabrey Mettauer 6'5" | 215 lbs | QB The Woodlands | 2024 State TX QB Jr 6’6 225 lbs
Woodlands High School has a great offensive secondary and quarterback Mabrey Mettauer Mabrey Mettauer 6'5" | 215 lbs | QB The Woodlands | 2024 State TX can utilize all of them almost perfectly. Mabrey has textbook form and technique with a great arm, but not only that he is quick and decisive under pressure. Mabrey can avoid tackles, scramble well, and wasn’t afraid to run the ball. Atascocita Eagles #1 Zion Brown QB Jr 6’1 180 lbs
Atascocita’s quarterback Zion Brown has come a long way from last season. Zion last season was still a fresh quarterback filling in for the senior quarterback Gavin Summers because he, unfortunately, tore his ACL. Zion was adequate enough to bring his team to the quarter-finals two seasons in a row with his incredible speed and fortitude. Every season Zion’s passing skills gets more accurate and precise next season Zion could be a top college prospect.
