Malaki Davis 6-5 215 TE 25′ Federal Way- One of the fastest rising athletes in WA. Davis was recently offered by Nevada and could blow up this off season, with his elite size and overall athleticism. He earned honorable mention all conference honors as a sophomore.
Madox Meneses 5-11 260 OL 25′ Kennedy Catholic- One of the best seasons of any sophomore state wide. Meneses earned 1st team all league honors, helping KCHS to a (12-2) record and a state title appearance.
Kaden Rolfsness Kaden Rolfsness 6'3" | 225 lbs | ATH Puyallup | 2025 State WA 6-3 210 QB 25′ Puyallup- Rolfsness is a good looking athlete with size who played well this past season, earning honorable mention all conference honors. He passed for 10 TDs/4 INTs in 6 games but has the potential of being a conference POY candidate in 2023.
Sunny Ngyuen 5-8 155 DB 25′ Timberline- The undersized defensive back/ATH broke out as a sophomore, earning 1st team all league accolades. He was one of the most impressive young athletes in Washington.
Zeke Taliauli 6-1 210 LB 25′ Kennedy Catholic- It was underclassmen like Ezekiel who helped the Lancers to the state title game. Taliauli racked up 2nd team all conference all honors from his DL spot, with close to double digit tackles for loss on the year.
Jaylen Kennedy 6-0 170 RB 25′ North Thurston- The standout baseball player had an impressive season on the football field, earning all conference honors from his RB position, while averaging 5 yards per rush and 20 yards per reception.
Darian Harper 6-2 195 QB 25′ Timberline- Harper had a good year for River Ridge HS racking up honorable mention all conference honors. He made the move to Timberline where he will have some talent on the perimeter.
Louis Filimaua 6-0 310 DL 25′ Bethel- The big man was clutch on the interior even as a youngster, making multiple tackles per game and proving crucial against the run. He was an honorable mention all conference D lineman.
Taeron Clay 6-0 230 LB 25′ Decatur- Clay projects as more of a LB but played a role on the d line, racking up honorable mention all conference accolades for the 3-6 Decatur group.
Uriah Stringfield 5-8 160 WLB 26′ Central Kitsap- One of the only freshman in WA to earn all conference accolades. The standout baseball player stepped up as a 9th grader for a Cougars team that went 2-8.
