While also returning another key offensive lineman in senior to be [player_tooltip player_id='627054' first='Brett' last='Woolsey']. <br></p>

<p>The Greenwood Bulldogs have returning protection for returning Sophomore to be phenom Quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='202575' first='Kane' last='Archer'] who holds multiple offers from the University of Arkansas, the University of Michigan, Florid State University, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Missouri, Arizona, Louisville, Hawaii, Florida Atlantic University and New Mexico State. <br></p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='626976' first='Ryan' last='Shortes'] is a 5'9, 270 pound senior offensive lineman who bench presses 285 pounds and squats 475 pounds. He has a 4.2 GPA and scored 33 on his ACT Test. Ryan says what separates him from other offensive Linemen in the state is his hard work ethic and strength. He shows his leadership by keeping his same attitude, encouraging his teammates and staying calm under all circumstances. <br></p>

<p>He has a personal goal this next season of making All-State and winning a state championship. Ryan says his strengths are his Football IQ, intelligence and never backing down from a challenge. He looks up to offensive Line coach Austin Moreton who he gets great encouragement from. Ryan enjoys the physicality of run blocking but also enjoys pass blocking. He was influenced mostly by his offensive line Coach Moreton and Head Coach Chris Young. <br></p>

<p>Ryan says having such a good offensive line is the feeling of his team working together. What he loves most about playing football is the community that you build and bond with and the coaches and players that you build relationships with. Coach Moreton says that Ryan is a 2 year starter who they can put anywhere on the line and he will excel. He lead the team in pancake blocks with 65 and graded out with an 85 percent this past season. I feel that Ryan has the intensity and desire to succeed and bring the success to do what he needs to do. <br></p>

<p>The Bulldogs also return starting sophomore sensation [player_tooltip player_id='364854' first='Cody' last='Taylor'] a 6'3, 280 pounder who started as a freshman. He currently bench presses 235 pounds, squats 415 pounds and deadlifts 465 pounds. Cody has a 3.5 GPA. Coach Moreton says Cody is a young lineman that they are excited to see mature and grow into a dominating Offensive Lineman. He is taking the weight room and off season very seriously. <br></p>

<p>Cody love the weight room and always asks for extra work. We are excited to see what this fall season brings to the Greenwood Bulldogs. Cody currently has offers from Ole Miss, Kentucky, and Memphis with a lot more to come. As a Scout I feel that the sky is the limit with Cody with his work ethic and determination to be the best that he can be and excel at the next level. <br> </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='626991' first='Christian' last='Fleming'] is a 6'4",235-pound junior offensive lineman that started as a sophomore with a 3.5 GPA. What separates Christian from other offensive Linemen in the state is his willingness to work hard and put more work in. His goal for this coming season is to not allow more than one sack for the season and to win a state championship. <br></p>

<p>He looks up to senior to be offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='626976' first='Ryan' last='Shortes'] who will be leading their offensive line. Christian says that former offensive lineman Cooper Young influenced him the most in his football career. Christian enjoys pass blocking the most. What Christian loves the most about playing football is building friendships and the experience of winning. He feels that having such a good offensive line makes them a non dimensional team as they can run and pass. He feels that Coach Austin Moreton gives him the most support on the team. <br> </p>

<p>Coach Moreton says that they are excited to see Christian compete. He moves very well and is starting to love the process of living in the weight room and is taking the proper steps to putting on weight and learning the technique and scheme that they are wanting him to do. <br> </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='627050' first='Ashton' last='Stein'] is a 6'4, 245 pound returning starting offensive lineman Junior to be that has a 3.7 GPA. He feels what separates him from other Offensive Linemen in the state is his coaching that he receives from offensive line Coach Moreton. He shows his leadership on the field by focusing on giving everything and pushing everyone. His personal goals for next season is making All-State and winning a state championship ring.<br> </p>

<p>Ashton feels his strengths are his build and having a brother that plays for Pittsburgh State that has the same build. He also has good footwork and good team chemistry. He looks up to senior to be [player_tooltip player_id='626976' first='Ryan' last='Shortes'] and Coach Moreton and was influenced by his father and brothers. Ashton enjoys pass blocking the most. He feels that having such a good offensive line is knowing his other Linemen will back him up. offensive line Coach Austin Moreton says that Ashton has a ton of potential. <br></p>

<p>He is taking the correct steps of putting on good weight. He is consistently asking what he can do to better himself in the weight room, on the field and to improve his nutrition. He is a young man that when it all comes together and clicks it will be a sight to see. <br> </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='627054' first='Brett' last='Woolsey'] is a 6'0, 255 pound returning senior to be offensive lineman with a 4.0 GPA. He shows his leadership on the field by helping others do what they are supposed to do if they are unsure. His goals for this upcoming season is to go undefeated, win conference and a state championship. Brett's strengths is his strength and knowing what he is supposed to do. He enjoys pass blocking the most and also looks up to Senior to be [player_tooltip player_id='626976' first='Ryan' last='Shortes']. What Brett loves the most about playing football is the team environment, hitting people and working out. <br> </p>

<p>Having such a good offensive line is that he has other players that he can count on and be picked up when needed. Coach Austin Moreton says that they can put Brett anywhere on the offensive line and he will know what is going on. He is strong in the weight room and wants everyone around him to succeed. </p>
