- Sebastian was extremely efficient on all three-levels of the field throwing the football at the My7v7 Midwest Legends Classic, as he also added premier poise slinging the rock with the locked-in composure he had all day long from when I watched his reps.
- This kid is a certified gunslinger in the highest regard, as he also showed that gritty demeanor I look for when evaluating quarterbacks, as this kid thread the nettle between the secondary however, had the ball placement and very precise arm strength and accuracy, to test the defenders to make them THINK they had a look at it, but they sure as heck did not from Sebastian and Nebraska Elite’s eyes.
- When you get the to watch Sebastian on tape, despite his tape is on the shorter end you see everything you need to see within the first 15 seconds or less when you are evaluating a Power Five QB talent like Sebastian is. The touch on his ball and quick release built with his mechanics is incredibly well put together and I am seeing exactly what the University of Miami saw this week when they were the first Power Five team to give Sebastian an offer in the 2025 class.
Highlights
- t
- This young man has a significant catch radius to say the least and one that plays very much longer within his 6’1 size will show you.
- Louden also put together some elite vision within the reps I caught at the Midwest Legends Classic as you can tell that the football IQ on this young man is off the charts as he just has that clear-cut vision to establish exactly where he wants to go from the jump of his reps.
- Louden also has that well-finished stamina to finish he runs whether in the receiving core or on special teams to leave the defense in the dust, and well in the dust with his significant athletic frame he has in his plethora.
- Louden also has that route creativity I enjoy scouting when watching WRs, as it doesn’t matter if it’s a short, intermediate, or a deep route he has the footwork and burst to turn a nothing play into something real quick.
- Division I offers will come very SOON for this young man, as I expect Louden to be a big Midwest name to watch for on the prospect camp circuit this summer.

Xavion Robinson
Xavion Robinson
- t
- To not my surprise at all, Xzavion Robinson had another terrific day at the Midwest Legends Classic for Level Up 7v7, as it didn’t matter which side of the field he was on, this young man was another video game type performance he put on display.
- His vertical is incredibly high and all the balance he has with that vertical is something college coaches at the Division I FBS level NEED to watch ASAP.
- It might be early to coin the nickname, but I will be the first to call him “Big Play Zay” and I won’t say that lightly, because Xzavion is a defined athlete when you need that big play, he’s got you for it and much more!
- He also has probably the most twitchy footwork in the state of Iowa’s 2025 class for wide receivers, as Xzavion has that under 4.5 speed (timed by me at camp) to shake and bake his defender out of his cleats and show off that mega burst he has within his plethora of skillsets.
- The Cyclones jumped in his recruiting very early with an offer, but I believe this young man will have dozens of offers at the Power 5 level to choose from as he blossoms even more with his skillsets in the next two seasons. Another BIG name WR from Iowa’s 2025 class you need to identify quickly this summer at prospect camps.
Rashawd Davis
Rashawd Davis
- t
- Time to meet the 18U MVP in Iowa Flex/Dowling Catholic’s Rashawd Davis as he was certainly a prospect that turned himself into a bigger name from start to finish at the Midwest Legends Classic at the Dundas Dome.
- One thing I love about 7v7 football is evaluating running backs at each event to see if they if they have those out t backfield hands college coaches are going to want to see and want to grow their offense with and Rashawd all-day long Saturday put out those elusive hands on full display.
- When it came to tape time, Rashawd some some quite agility footwork in small spaces and has those bursty jets I saw last weekend in Dundas to get out of those high-traffic areas inside quickly.
- Rashawd also passes my eye test at running back with his vision, as felt for the duration I watched his tape tonight that he played one-step ahead of the defender because of that vision instinct he has to play of the first level of the field and then add that juice in the open field.
- Rashawd might be a 2025 RB prospect right now that is a sleeper in the state of Iowa, but certainly look for his stock to rise over the next two summers of prospect camps as I expect a even bigger season for him in 2023 at Dowling Catholic.
- t
- The break off that Dae’Vonn gets from the start of his route is incredibly well-balanced and gets separation so smoothly it’s a disservice f you had to defend it at the Midwest Legends Classic in Dundas last weekend.
- He also has a nasty well-built burst that has so much length to it will make you want to turn off the press coverage real quick on Dae’Vonn has the length put together with the speed he possesses is dangerous on all elements of the football field.
- WR prospects like Dae’Vonn why you run track my friends, because the longevity of your finished run is going to be something college recruiters and ourselves will evaluate as Dae’Vonn evaluates as a very high grade based on football and track blended together.
- Dae’Vonn’s recruiting has taken off, but I believe it will hit it’s full throttle extend by this summer at Power Five prospect camps as he for sure has more P5 offers coming his way.
