There were a handful of 2026 QB's that stepped up and put up some solid numbers for their first varsity seasons, and the future looks bright for QB's in the state of Washington. Take a look:

Nolan Wright, Sehome

Wright did a terrific job throughout his freshman campaign, as he put up 1,205 yards through the air with 13 TD's, and also added another 191 yards and 5 TD's on the ground. Wright possesses a fluid, efforltess release with pinpoint accuracy to fit throws into tight windows. Excellent job keeping his eyes downfield and going through progression, as he plays much more mature than his age. He does a great job on the ground as well, displaying good vision and efficient speed to become a threat as a ball carrier. I'm extremely impressed with wright, as he holds numrous intangibles and a high ceiling moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='402792' first='Legend' last='Galeai'], Lakes

Galeai shows a ton of promise with his skillset and already possesses a great frame at 6'2" 185lbs. He did an excellent job as a varsity starter, throwing for 1,321 yards and 16 TD's. Impressive arm strangth and accuracy when he stretched the field vertically to frequently drop in the the basket. I really liked his composure for a 2026 prospect. Heading into next fall, I expect Galeai to take a major leap in terms of maturity and mental processing, as I think he is about to blow up the state for the next 3 years.

https://twitter.com/LegendGaleai/status/1586391828445958144?s=20&t=evd0yfD8pbNwV7iO1WVTUg

[player_tooltip player_id='1165420' first='Cody' last='Ells'], Asotin

Ells did a solid job for Asotin, as he diced up defenses for 1,253 yards on the year and threw 5 TD's. He made is money on the ground though, rushing for 485 yards and 6 TD's, showcasing that dual threat ability. Ells is a solid all around athlete that could change the slate next season and turn that 4-7 2022 season around next fall. Big opportinity in the future for Ells.

Kolten Gesser, Seton Catholic

Gesser looks like a promising upcoming QB, as he threw for 1,092 yards and 13 TD's in just a 6 game span for Seton Catholic. Gesser flashed some patience for routes to develop and did a good job delivering throws with accuracy. The game should slow down for himmore next fall as he projects to look a bit more calm, but overall an impressive young talent with some good potential moving forward.

There were a handful of 2026 QB's that stepped up and put up some solid numbers for their first varsity seasons, and the future looks bright for QB's in the state of Washington. Take a look:
