Here are five great quarterbacks to keep an eye on in 2023!

He is very accurate throwing the ball on short and intermediate routes as he puts the ball in a spot where only the receiver can catch it. He shows very good athleticism combined with great contact balance as he breaks tackles from LB and quickly changes direction before scoring a touchdown. He possesses very rare mental toughness as he played the 2022 season with a torn labrum on his throwing shoulder.

He sees the entire field and reads the defense very well before finding the open receiver. He shows very good poise in the pocket as he delivers a very accurate ball with good arm strength with a defender in his face. He throws the deep ball with excellent accuracy and touch. He is very mobile using his great play speed and athleticism to score easily on a zone read.
In 2022, Josh led the St. Ignatius Wildcats to an 8-win season, average 21.1 points per game and advance to the 2nd round of the playoffs. He makes good decisions and passes the ball quickly before the defense can pressure him. He delivers the deep ball with very good touch and is very accurate on short and intermediate passes as he throws receivers open. He demonstrates good ability to deliver an accurate ball while on the move. He displays good play speed and athleticism as he picks up a first down on his own with ease.
In 2022, JT’s very good play was a bright spot in the 2-8 season of the Fairborn Skyhawks. They ended the season with a 28-26 victory over West Carrollton and look to build on that momentum heading into 2023. He uses his good athleticism to escape the rush and delivers an accurate ball on the move. On design runs, he uses his solid play speed and physical toughness as he breaks tackles and picks up a first down or a touchdown if in the redzone.
