Anias Blackman Anias Blackman 5'8" | 175 lbs | RB Denmark | 2023 GA – 2023 – RB – Denmark
Underrated senior RB that was productive when given the ball. I got eyes on Blackman in person, and he certainly raised eyebrows with his speed to the second level. He has a low center of gravity at around 5’8 175, which gives him the ability to fight through arm tackles and hold his own between the tackles. For the most part, Blackman is a true scatback with excellent vision and fluidity. He is able to glide through openings up front as he makes his way to the second level and is able to start and stop with ease. Blackman runs with great balance, maintaining his strides and doing a great job of recovering from stumbles. Blackman is a late riser on the trail that certainly shows some promise when you turn on the tape.
Austin DeCarlo – 2023 – LB – Denmark
True MLB that showcases a lot of tools and promise on film. For starters, he has great size at 6’2 220, carrying his weight well with long arms. DeCarlo doesn’t have elite speed or athletic traits, but he is light on his feet and maintains an athletic positon, always willing to strike. On top of that, he is a highly instinctual player that shows the ability to sit in gaps and drop back into coverage. DeCarlo possesses the tackling prowess that you want in an MLB. He sizes up his opponents, strikes with good pad level, uses his long arms to wrap up the ball carrier, and drives the defender to the dirt. DeCarlo was a glue piece for the Denmark defense. His size and pure tackling ability is certainly worthy of a look, he is the complete package for an MLB.
Samuel Sears – 2025 – OL – Alpharetta
Young offensive lineman that gained some valuable experience on varsity during his sophomore season. Sears can play up and down the offensive line, but a 6’0 240 build and his current set of tools project him at one of the guard spots. Sears has some noticeable traits that are promising on film. For one, he does an outstanding job of keeping his hands on the inside of the defenders’ shoulders. He has extremely strong arms, once he locks them out against defenders, he has all the leverage. He does show decent drive in the running game, but that will only improve as he grows physically. Sears is versatile and can hold his own in the run game, two qualities that a lot of younger offensive linemen have trouble with.
Brandon Fears – 2026 – RB – New Manchester
Bowling ball-style back that possesses some rare traits and attributes for freshmen RBs. Fears is a “score by all means necessary” type of runner. Rather he has to go through or around you, he makes it physically improbable to bring him down 1 on 1. Once he finds a gap, he fires out of a cannon and explodes through the secondary, barely losing any acceleration as he lumbers down the field. With his stout build, Fears is not afraid to take on contact, and will even lower his shoulder to initiate contact if needed. Fears is still young, but his mean streak as a runner and explosiveness pop off the screen. It will be interesting to see his development take course once he contributes at the varsity level.
Lane Lance – 2024 – DL – Union County
Productive defensive lineman that finished his junior season with over a dozen TFLs and 6 sacks. Lance plays with extremely high energy and has a high motor, showing off some impressive pursuit skills. He is light on his feet which allows him to change direction surprisingly well for a bigger guy, it also allows him to chase QBs and RBs out of the backfield. Lance has fast and heavy hands, which allows him to get off blockers fairly easily and stun them with a strong punch. As he builds off a productive junior season, it should be fun to see how Lance develops with one more year at the high school level.
