This region as a whole is absolutely loaded with top tier high school players and power five caliber kids at all positions. The greater Sacramento region has produced many NFL caliber players and lineman with the likes of Eddie Vanderdoes, Jonah Williams and countless others making their marks at the highest level and some still playing. As we get further into this off-season, here are some offensive line prospects to know that have been dominating the Sacramento football trenches for the last few seasons and are no brainer next level prospects.
Gabe Buck
Gabe Buck
Buck should excel inside at the next level and is a sure fire FCS+ level talent and will make any college program better. He is a well built kid with a strong lower body, good bend in his stance and explodes out with a violent initial inside punch and creates vertical push quickly. Playing with a low hat, he gets underneath defenders and shows solid leg drive through contact, finishing blocks downfield with aggression and toughness. A true mauler inside, he is athletic enough to pull and scrape/combo to the second level and takes good angles to linebackers and pulls without false steps and runs through contact at the POA. As one of the top lineman in all of Norcal, he should see his recruiting pick up this off-season and through his Senior year.
Hardeman has been dominating SFL competition since his Freshman season for Folsom. Playing on both sides of the ball, he is one of the top two-way players in all of Northern California and is very athletic and quick twitched for his size and could possibly find his home on the defensive line at the next level due to his size/length. Able to play anywhere along the offensive or defensive line, he is a versatile player that shows a quick first step, strong punch and sustains blocks downfield while finishing and looking to run through contact when pulling/scraping. In pass protection, he has quick feet, a strong base and can kick against speed rushers while staying patient and strong enough to post back inside against counter moves keeping a solid base and balance through out the progression. Although he has not gathered any college offers just yet, he will be a steal at the next level and offers tremendous position versatility.
Blank is one of the top offensive line prospects across the entire state in the 2025 class, and holds multiple P5 offers already. He is a well built kid with a huge frame and good feet, especially for his size and moves well laterally displaying solid knee and ankle flexibility/bend. A vertical run blocker that finishes in the box and shows he can pull and scrape to the second level, he offers position versatility in college and can play either tackle or guard depending on the scheme. Last off-season, he dominated multiple camps he was at and has only continued to progress anchoring the line for one of the top teams in Northern California. Blank is still a raw prospect that is developing and with two more years of high school left he has a very nice ceiling at the next level and will be one of the top 2025 offensive lineman on the board for the next couple of years.
Tommy Tofi
Tommy Tofi
Tofi is on his way to establishing himself as one of the top 2026 offensive line prospects in the West and holds offers from Nebraska, Nevada and Utah. He is a huge framed kid with good feet for his size and bend in his stance, excelling at both football and basketball. Popping out quickly and immediately creating knock-back and vertical push, he is a true mauler in the trenches that finishes blocks and excels at blocking in space in pass protection against both speed and power rushers. Playing well beyond his years, he dominated top tier Norcal talent in the trenches and should continue to develop into a national recruit. Also a plug on the defensive line that excels against the run and is athletic enough to two gap, he was a two-way starter for one of the more respected programs in the region.
