Which prospects in the 2025 class have seen new offers come their way? Let’s take a look…
Onis Konanbanny – DB – Rabun Gap
One of the more underrated cornerback prospects in North Georgia, the Rabun Gap defender might be in the very beginning of his recruitment after reeling in his first offer this week from UNC Charlotte. A natural cover corner with plenty of length at 6-foot-2 170-pounds, the playmaking sophomore played like a lock-down cornerback last year with receiver-like ball skills. He shows the natural ability to stay with receivers with quick, balanced footwork, allowing him to stay with receivers on the outside. He can also play physical and throw receivers off their game. He plays hard, and when the ball is in the air, he wants to make a play on it. He’s a terrific young prospect, but college coaches are going to learn all about him moving forward. Look for him to rise in the next 2025 rankings. Look for his offer sheet to increase more and more soon as well.
Jerome Bettis Jerome Bettis 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Woodward Academy | 2025 State GA – ATH – Woodward Academy
A big-bodied athlete and a promising pass-catcher out of Atlanta, it’s easy to see the potential in Bettis who is starting to see his stock rise on the recruiting trail. He may not have lit up the stat sheet last year at Westminster, but it could be a different story next year as a junior at Woodward Academy. The son of Hall-of-Fame running back Jerome Bettis Jerome Bettis 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Woodward Academy | 2025 State GA , the young Atlanta native has plenty of size at 6-foot-3 and 190-pounds. He shows quick feet and the ability to get open and create separation as a receiver. He’s also tough to bring down once he has the ball. He’s quick, but he also plays like a bigger, possession receiver with strong, reliable hands. The potential is easy to see and he’s bound for a true breakout junior season in 2023. Of course, thee offers are already starting to flow in, and he received recent offers this month from Arkansas, Missouri, Boston College, among others. Look for more to keep coming his way.
Amauri “Juice” Anderson – Alpharetta
A breakout 2025 prospect in Fulton County, Anderson is a quick, shift back who had a big season last fall for the Raiders. The playmaking sophomore was the team’s 2nd leading rusher last year and was a big-play waiting to happen. He read the field well, shows quick feet, and does a good job of changing directions. He also shows good burst and the ability to take off down the sideline. He’s one of the more versatile backs in the area who can make a big play catching the ball out of the backfield as well. His stock is on the rise and he’s had a big week on the recruiting trail. Playing on an extremely young, talented Raiders team, Anderson’s big 2022 season has led to offers from Colorado, Indiana, and Texas A&M. When coaches come through Alpharetta, they’re extending an offer to the promising running back. He’ll look to be the lead back in 2023, so expect him to have a monster junior season for the Raiders next fall.
