Chris Ferrini- Mitchell High c/o 23
6’3 195lbs
Ferrini is a two time All-Conference selection and a 3rd Team All-State selection. He led the district in passing this season with 1,261 yards, completing 54% of his passes with 13 touchdowns. He also rushed for 1,012 yards, averaged 9.5 yards per carry with 15 rushing touchdowns, and five 100 yard rushing games. Ferrini is a naturally gifted athlete that can play multiple positions at the next level, shows good acceleration and vision running the ball, he’s a weapon in the passing game and has outstanding long speed. True dual-threat player. Gets it done in the classroom with a 4.1 GPA. Colleges need to check him out ASAP!
Kyle Horvath- Sunlake High c/o 24
6’3 185lbs
Horvath has been one of the top quarterbacks in Pasco County for the last two seasons. He’s an All-Conference selection, and finished second in the district passing for 1,240 yards, completing 50% of his passes with 9 touchdowns through the air. He also rush for 379 yards, averaging over 7 yards per carry with four rushing touchdowns. Horvath flashes the ability to throw with accuracy at all three levels of the field, he shows good feel and presence in the pocket and has the ability to readjust his feet and throw downfield with touch and ball placement. He’s getting interest from USF and UConn.
Ayden Ferguson- Springstead High c/o 23
6’0 205lbs
Ferguson had a solid season this year for Springstead High. He led Springstead to a 9-2 record and finished third in the district passing for 1,128 yards, completing 61% of his passes with 14 touchdowns. He also rushed for 460 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. Ferguson is a solidly built Lefty that throws the deep ball with good placement and touch, shows a good setup and quick release, and can throw on the move.
Mason Clarke- Land O’Lakes High c/o 25
5’9 170lbs
Clarke is one of the up and coming quarterback prospects in Pasco County. After last season’s starter transferred, Clarke took over this season for Land O’Lakes High and led them to a 9-2 record. He finished 4th in the district with 941 yards passing, completed 56% of his passes with 13 touchdowns through the air. He also rushed for 551 yards, averaging over six yards per carry with one rushing touchdown and one 100 yard rushing game. He’s an athletic player that can maneuver in the pocket and buy time with his feet, hits the hole with good burst and acceleration, has the arm to push the ball down the field. Clarke will continue to improve and is a player to keep an eye on the next few seasons.
