No other prep site brings you more prospects to check out than Prep Redzone Florida!
Kayden Carter- South Lake High c/o 24
6’0 205lbs
Carter was the district leader in tackles and led the district by a wide margin. He totaled 128 tackles and averaged 14 tackles per game, with 81 solo. He also tacked on three sacks, and eight tackles for loss. Carter attacks downhill and plays physical, does a good job using his hands to get off blocks and get to the ball. He runs well and can cover a lot of ground. He’s also a good student with a 3.0 GPA.
Garrett Lumpkin- South Lake High c/o 23
5’10 189lbs
One can finish second the district after totaling 97 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, five sacks, and one fumble recovery in only six games. He was averaging over 16 tackles per game this season! Lumpkin played all over the field for South Lake, he is very good in space and defending the pass, plays with his head on a swivel and can redirect and get to the football quickly, shows good closing speed off the edge and is relentless in pursuit. Looks to be a player that would translate easily to safety at the next level. He’s also a good student with a 3.0 GPA.
Chase Pfeiffer- South Lake High c/o 23
6’1 205lbs
Pfeiffer is part of a trio of linebackers from South Lake that finished top four in the district in tackles this season. On the season Pfeiffer finished with 84 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and five sacks. Pfeiffer is a versatile defender that can play with his hand in the dirt or stand up on the edge, he’s extremely quick out of his stance and gets in the backfield in a hurry, does a good job using his hands to get blockers off, high energy player that plays with a physical edge. He’s an outstanding student with a 4.2 GPA! Pfeiffer has picked up several small school offers in December.
Andrew Bowles- Lake Minneola High c/o 24
6’1 195lbs
Bowles headlined a stifling defense that helped Lake Minneola go 10-2 and reach the semifinals of the state playoffs. He was the team leader in tackles with 64; he tacked on 2.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and an interception. Unfortunately Bowles doesn’t have any Hudl film to evaluate, but is a player that coaches need to check out this coming season. Lake Minneola continuously produces high quality prospects.
