Walker Kirkland Walker Kirkland 6'5" | 180 lbs | QB GA – Wesleyan
Kirkland is a young QB prospect that is starting to make some noise on the camp and showcase scene, and for good reason. Kirkland has excellent size for a freshman, standing at around 6’5 190 with plenty of room to fill out. There isn’t a whole lot of film out there right now, but what I have been able to see is that he has a very long and fluid release which allows him to rip the ball downfield. Kirkland possesses elite size and a lot of arm strength, two things that will bode well for him as he continues to develop on the finer parts of the game.
Darnell Kelly Darnell Kelly 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Peachtree Ridge | 2026 State GA – Langston Hughes
Like Kirkland, there isn’t a whole lot of film out there on Kelly as of late, but he is generating plenty of buzz out of Langston Hughes. He has really good size at around 6’3 175 and also happens to be a good athlete that is dangerous with his legs. Kelly showcases some good footwork, a quick release, and has decent arm strength that will only get better as he develops physically. By time he is ready to go on varsity, he will have two years of learning behind Air Noland, one of the most prolific passers in the country. Make sure you keep your eye on Kelly over the next few years.
Kade Wigginton Kade Wigginton 5'11" | 160 lbs | QB GA – South Paulding
With highly productive QB Kasen Weisman Kasen Weisman 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB South Paulding | 2023 State GA headed to Colorado, there is a good chance that Wigginton could break out and make an impact at the varsity level this next season, he certainly has the tools to do so. Wigginton has a stout build with plenty of lower body strength and good hip motion, allowing him to get plenty of velocity on the ball. He has a quick release and showcases decent footwork in the pocket that will only get better as he matures. Make sure you pay attention to his legs as well, he is a good athlete that can make you pay if you give him room to scramble.
Michael Johnson – Dutchtown
Played a factor on varsity for a Dutchtown team that went 12-2 and made it all the way to the state championship game. Is only just starting to tap into his raw potential and is already showing some major upside and some big-time physical traits. Johnson is incredibly dangerous as a runner as he is gifted with elite speed and twitchiness. Once he pulls the ball and decides to run, he is a threat to score. Johnson is also a big-time pitching prospect in baseball, and the arm talent certainly translates. He has a quick release and throws the ball with nice spin, even while on the move. As he continues to develop and becomes more comfortable as a passer, Johnson will become a force to be reckoned with.
