Zion Grady Zion Grady 6’4″ | 235 lbs | DL Charles Henderson | 2025 State AL has put together some fantastic tape over his first two seasons that have led him to becoming a national recruit in his class, and rightfully so, he has a ton of talent and is only going to get better. Grady had an unreal sophomore campaign, totalling up some huge numbers in the trenches: 106 total tackles, 35 tackles for loss, and 19 sacks. Grady has a rare combination of size, speed, and football IQ that allow him to be an absolute game wrecker against opposing offenses. The talented sophomore has caught the eyes of nearly everyone, with top tier programs like Alabama, Georgia, and others across the nation looking to add him to their recruiting classes.
Jared Smith Jared Smith 6’6″ | 235 lbs | DL Spain Park | 2025 State AL is another prospect that has been making big waves recently- his play for Spain Park has been phenomenal in his first two seasons. Smith is a big guy at 6’6 235 but moves super fluidly, his athleticism is easily noticed on film. With that size too, Smith presents a physical mismatch for a ton of offensive linemen as well- he can leverage and overpower tackles off the edge constantly. Smith has been receiving a bunch of attention recently, with offers from Texas, Auburn, Georgia, and other top tier programs being sent to him within the last few months!
We’ve had our eyes on Jourdin Crawford Jourdin Crawford 6’3″ | 290 lbs | DL Parker | 2025 State AL for awhile now- he’s a super talented interior defensive linemen that has helped strengthen Parker’s defensive front a ton. Crawford is a special player and is fresh off a really productive sophomore season where he posted 60 total tackles, 15 tackles for loss and 9 sacks- dominating and wrecking havoc on opposing offenses all year long. Crawford has been gaining tons of attention from the next level: he’s picked up offers from Alabama, Tennessee, Michigan, and more! Keep an eye on him as he heads into his junior season next fall- he’s a really dominant, exciting player to keep track of.
