Highlights
Flowers cracks our ranks as a top 15 linebacker across the region in the 2023 class and can make a impact at the next level. He is a very athletic thumper that triggers quickly, can take on bigger blockers and plays with heavy hands and a low hat. Fluid in space with cover abilities, he closes quickly and is a sure tackler in the open field. Due to his size, speed and build, he should fit nicely at the ILB position at the next level.
Brimhall checks in as a top ten linebacker in our most recent rankings and is a tackling machine that flys around and is all over the field. He shows he can cover in space, tackle in the open field and breaks well to ball carriers and takes good angles before exploding through contact. Showing he has a natural feel for the game and a high motor kid, he flashes a quick play diagnosis and is a natural bender around blockers and very active in the blitz game. He should fit nicely at the D-II+ level in college.
Mullins has recently committed to Southern Utah and is a no brainer FCS caliber kid that can play a variety of positions at the next level. He has a long frame/arms and packs a punch at the POA with violent hands and shows pass rush abilities off the edge and near the LOS. In the run game, he recognizes blocks quickly, shows backside pursuit and closes quick while beating bigger tackles with both speed, power and bend off the ball. A very versatile player that can bang in the box and rush off the edge, he could have a shot at making an early impact for the FCS program.
Wagner has a huge frame and will end up with his hand in the dirt at the next level and offers nice upside due to his length and natural size for the position. A well put together kid that passes the initial eye test, he is very worthy of cracking our latest rankings and checks in as a top 15 linebacker in the 2023 class. Currently, he is committed to Western New Mexico which is a big time get for them.
Raetzman is a no brainer next level kid that had a excellent prep career for Salpoint Catholic and holds an offer from Minot State. He is a dual-sport athlete that is very athletic for the position and offers cover abilities from the second level with fluid hips in space and is a big time thumper in the box, especially for his size. Checking in as a top 20 linebacker across the region, Raetzman will be a name to watch as we get closer to signing day as he will most likely be a next level steal and deserves more schools to be on him.
