Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Jaycee Kane, LB- DeLand High c/o 23
5’10 195lbs
Kane was a very good linebacker for DeLand High in 2022. The senior prospect finished third in the district with 91 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, a forced fumble and a blocked punt. Smart linebacker(3.58 GPA) extremely aggressive player that will flat out stone blockers and get to the ball, Old School linebacker that plays the position the right way, has the instincts to hunt and stalk ball carriers, shows good short area quickness and closes on the ball quickly. Currently has one offer from Millsaps College.
Nazir Hayes, LB- Winter Haven High c/o 24
5’10 190lbs
Hayes really came on strong this season and played well for Winter Haven High leading a defense that helped the Blue Devils to a 8-4 record. In the season he totaled 77 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, one sack, and two forced fumbles. Hayes has athleticism to play out in space and the physicality to be in the box, he trust his eyes and doesn’t get caught out of position often, very good tackler.
Brayden Larson, LB/ATH- Sunlake High c/o 24
5’7 175lbs
Sunlake went through some turmoil in 2022 losing their head coach during the season, but that didn’t stop Larson from leading the district in tackles with 106. He also had 4 tackles for loss, one sack, 4 fumble recoveries, and a blocked kick. He’s a player to keep an eye on and has been invited to the Florida/Georgia All-Star Game. Plays bigger than his size and plays with a mean streak, smart player that dissects plays quickly, shows good quickness and acceleration to track down ball carriers.
Kayden Carter, LB- South Lake High c/o 24
6’0 205lbs
Carter was a tackling machine for South Lake High in 2022. The junior prospect was a major defensive bright spot totaling 128 tackles (81 solo), three sacks, 8 TFL, and averaged over 14 tackles per game. Carter is a physical linebacker that attacks downhill, does a good job using his hands to rip off blocks and get to the ball. Carter is also a good student with a 3.0 GPA
