Kamal Bonner Kamal Bonner 6'2" | 200 lbs | LB Colquitt County | 2023 State GA – Defensive Back – Colquitt County
A tackling machine and one of the top overall defenders in South Georgia, Bonner is coming off a dominant senior season where he helped lead Colquitt County all the way to the 7A semi-finals. Thee former Georgia Tech commitment was as reliable as it gets, making 125 tackles last season, averaging 9 tackles a game. A tough, physical run defender in the secondary, Bonner doesn’t shy away from contact at 6-foot-2 220-pounds. He also added three sacks and caused two fumbles. He’s now committed to N.C State, and if he continues to develop, could turn into a early impact defender for the Wolfpack early in his career.
Connor Lew Connor Lew 6'4" | 260 lbs | OL Kennesaw Mountain | 2023 State GA – Offensive Line – Kennesaw Mountain
One of the top interior offensive lineman in Georgia for the 2023 class, Lew is a dominant center with the versatility to play some guard as well at the next level. Thee “next level” was Miami, but with new head coach Hugh Freeze running the program at Auburn, the Tigers were able to lure Lew away and flip the impressive offensive lineman. He’s a tough, physical defender and does a great job of opening running lanes between the tackles. e has an excellent career at Kennesaw Mountain, now he’s looking to turn around an Auburn program trying to get back to their winning ways.
TJ Harvison TJ Harvison 6'1" | 200 lbs | RB Villa Rica | 2023 State GA – ATH – Bowdon
One of the top performers offensively in Single-A this season, the dynamic running back helped lead Bowdon to the Single-A state championship with a big performance over Schley County. A tackle-breaking back with quickness, Harvison knows how to elude defenders with his smooth, natural running style, while also bringing a physical presence at the end of runs. He remained uncommitted during his senior season, but now thee state-champion running back has announced that he will be attending Purdue at the next level. As a senior this fall, Harvison rushed 250 times for a jaw-dropping 2,026 yards and 23 touchdowns, giving him one of the best seasons of any player in West Georgia this year. He’s another player who could possibly earn early playing time at the next level.
Jeremy Hecklinski Jeremy Hecklinski 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Walton | 2024 State GA – QB – Walton
One of the breakout quarterbacks this past season across the state of Georgia, Hecklinski showed week after week that he’s an easy D1 talent and capable of making a big impact at the next level. Leading the Walton Raiders deep into the 7A playoffs, including a big win over Buford, Hecklinski mad big throw after big throw all season long. He’s a natural in the pocket, showed mobility, and of course, showed. big-time arm talent all year long. He can stretch the field with his arm strength and showed he can be consistently accurate as well. He was one of the more productive quarterbacks across 7A and the metro-Atlanta area this year, going 194/305 for 3,520 yards and 37 touchdowns while adding five more scores on the ground. His stock is still rising, but this week he made the decision to commit to Wake Forest in the ACC.
Peyton Streko Peyton Streko 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB West Forsyth | 2023 State GA – Running Back -West Forsyth
One of the top 2023 running backs in Georgia, Streko dominated throughout his West Forsyth career when healthy. A tough, explosive back with D1 potential, Streko was given an opportunity to play at Clemson, and the West Forsyth back jumped on the opportunity. He’s a back who can break tackles and fly past defenders. He runs hard, gets tough yards, but has explosiveness to his game as well. He can score on any particular play, and he was a reliable go-to option for the Wolverines over the last two seasons. He’s earned this opportunity, and he’s going to make the Clemson Tigers better the second he gets to campus. As a senior this past season, playing in just nine games, Streko rushed 170 times for 1,140 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was also a threat out of the backfield, catching 13 passes for 210 yards and one more score.
