QB:
Kayden Dirks Kayden Dirks 5'8" | 145 lbs | QB Treynor | 2023 NE | 2023 | Treynor (IA) | 5’9″ 165 lbs
– Won QB MVP
– Had one of the best test-out sessions among QBs, being one of two quarterbacks to rank top 5 in each drill. 4.69 40-yard dash (2nd), 4.62 shuttle drill (3rd), 9’6″ broad jump (1st), and a 7.22 L-Drill (1st).
– Very athletic QB with a live arm. He can send the ball deep and drop it right in the bucket.
– You can see in his tape that he’s a tough player. He threw for 260 yards and 4 TDs two weeks after UCL surgery/Fractured thumb.
RB:
Kenneth Williams Kenneth Williams 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Lincoln | 2023 State NE | 2023 | Lincoln (NE) | 6’0″ 180 lbs
– RB MVP
– Williams is an outstanding athlete in general and showed that in his testing session.
– 4.47 40-yard dash, 4.81 shuttle drill, 9’2″ broad jump, and 7.56 L-drill.
– Good receiving back and a solid route-runner.
– He can set defenders up to go one way before planting his foot and cutting back. Very elusive runner with a nice bag of moves.
– Can play several positions at the next level.
Nolan Feller Nolan Feller 5'6" | 170 lbs | RB Millard South | 2024 State NE | 2024 | Millard South (NE) | 5’6″ 170 lbs
– Feller broke out for the Patriots this season and had a very impressive showing at the showcase.
– He has a unique running type that is very smooth yet very explosive. Quick, shifty feet but a very strong lower body that can stick his foot in the ground and burst through his cuts.
– Good hands coming out of the backfield.
– Nolan showed nice twitch during drills against the LBs, and he even tangled a few defenders up.
– 4.47 40-yard dash, 4.72 shuttle drill, 8’7″ broad jump, and 7.69 L-Drill.
WR:
Alex Phelps Alex Phelps 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Wayne | 2023 State NE | 2023 | Wayne (NE) | 6’0″ 170 lbs
– WR MVP
– Alex has been rising through the recruiting ranks recently and even more so after a great Stock Up performance.
– 4.94 40-yard dash, 4.73 shuttle drill, 9’3.5″ broad jump, and a 7.5 in the L-Drill.
– He can hit a different gear in rep/game situations and is very elusive with the ball in his hands.
– Great hands. Caught nearly everything thrown his way. He can even elevate to high-point the ball.
Brant Benes Brant Benes 5'11" | 155 lbs | WR Boone Central | 2024 State NE | 2024 | Boone Central (NE) | 5’11” 160 lbs
– Signed up as receiver but also ran drills with the DBs. He looked good on both sides of the ball.
– As a receiver, he has great hands and even had one of the highlight catches of the day with a sweet one-handed snag.
– Great overall athlete that is fluid with his hips and quick on his feet. Can change direction with no problem.
– 5.0 40-yard, 4.55 shuttle drill, 8’8.5″ broad jump, and 7.43 L-Drill.
Kannon Bork Kannon Bork 6'2" | 215 lbs | TE Bishop Heelan Catholic | 2024 State IA | 2024 | Bishop Heelan Catholic (IA) | 6’2″ 200 lbs
– We didn’t technically have a TE group, but Bishop Heelan Catholic’s Kannon Bork Kannon Bork 6'2" | 215 lbs | TE Bishop Heelan Catholic | 2024 State IA got our pick for camp TE.
– Big-bodied pass-catcher with more wiggle than you would expect from a tight end.
– Made some nice catches outside of his frame.
– Bork has a solid release and is aggressive with his route running, not scared to get right on a defender’s toes before breaking off.
– 4.97 40-yard dash, 4.59 shuttle drill, 9’3″ broad jump, and 7.62 L-Drill.
OL:
Jayden Potter Jayden Potter 6'6" | 300 lbs | OL Lincoln North Star | 2024 State NE | 2024 | Lincoln North Star (NE) | 6’6″ 290 lbs
– OL MVP
– Balanced tackle that doesn’t get too high in his stance, even being 6’6″.
– Solid, balanced base with good footwork.
– He has violent hands and doesn’t mind doing some hand fighting with defenders.
– Very strong player. Hard to shake him once he gets inside leverage.
– 5.78 40-yard dash, 5.35 shuttle drill, 6’11.5″ broad jump, 8.25 L-Drill.
Deandre Harper Deandre Harper 6'6" | 280 lbs | OL Omaha North | 2024 State NE | 2024 | Omaha North (NE) | 6’6″ 280 lbs
– Another big, strong OL that moves very well laterally.
– He generates a lot of power in his punch with a strong lower body to drive away defenders.
– Mean finisher that keeps fighting through the entirety of the play. Will move downfield into the second level to continue blocking.
– 5.62 40-yard dash, 5.06 shuttle drill, 7’5″ broad jump, and 8.5 L-Drill.
Braden Hales | 2024 | Olathe North (IA) | 6’5″ 300 lbs
– Very impressive OL prospect with experience at tackle and guard.
– BIG mover with more agility and burst than you would expect from someone his size.
– Braden showed good footwork when dropping back and uses his length well to re-direct and contain edge rushers.
– 5.93 40-yard dash, 5.22 shuttle drill, 7’10” broad jump, and 8.78 L-Drill.
Jonah Reiling Jonah Reiling 6'4" | 280 lbs | OL Lisbon | 2024 State IA | 2024 | Lisbon | 6’4″ 275 lbs
– Athletic big man who posted great numbers and had several solid reps.
– 5.96 40-yard dash, 4.91 shuttle drill, 8’2″ broad jump, and 8.34 L-Drill.
– He can move laterally very well and is very aggressive when blocking downhill.
– Shoots out of his stance quickly and makes great first contact on his opponent. Power to drive them back.
Dallas Hamilton Dallas Hamilton 6'2" | 270 lbs | OL Papillion La Vista | 2024 State NE | 2024 | Papillion-La Vista | 6’2″ 245 lbs
– The Monarchs continue to pump out some hogs. Dallas looks to be next in a long line of tough Papio OL.
– It’s hard to move him off his spot when he can get set and drop his anchor.
– Vicious blocker that fights through the whistle.
– 5.68 40-yard dash, 5.31 shuttle drill, 7’9″ broad jump, and 8.5 L-Drill
