Long gets the nod here not only due to some clutch performances on primetime stages. I thought he made improvements in terms of pocket awareness and decision-making. Finishing the season with 2500 passing yards and 37 total touchdowns. Only a sophomore, Ruffin showed that he already is one of New Jersey's top dual-threat quarterbacks.
