Howard is one of the best backs in the state yet alone in his class. He possesses the speed, power, agility and vision to play at the next level. He played the main role in the Quince Orchard rushing attack leading the Cougars to another state championship 2 years in a row. He hits the hole fast and has an arsenal of moves he can use to get into the end zone. Howard can outrun or run through defenders In open field, he’s a very well rounded offensive weapon out of the back field. Currently hold multiple offers including, Penn State, Ole Miss, & Univ of Maryland.
Highlights
Azodeh was named to the PG County 3A/4A All-County Team for his breakout performance this season. He rushed for 1052 yards and 11 touchdowns. Cam also makes an impact on special teams and in the passing game. On special teams he shows his patience to let blocks develop and breakaway speed to outrun angles and take it the distance. Azodeh’s unique attributes are his balance and running strength, he runs through arm tackles while maintaining his speed and does not go down without a fight. Cameron is still a very under recruited prospect waiting for the recruiting gates to open, he’s a sleeper in this class.
Pearl is a new name to the rankings and made a splash for Harford Tech this past season. He’s a balanced back who runs hard behind his pads, carrying defenders for the tough yards at the end of his runs. This season he rushed for 1039 yards and 8 touchdowns helping led the cobras on a 3rd round playoff run. Keep an eye on Jamaal as he improves over the off-season, Harford Tech could repeat history with another top 5 rusher in the state with this prospect.
Mauldin is a heck of a prospect, at 6’0ft 200lbs. He’s a physical back with breakaway speed, he is a big play threat with the ball in his hands. He rushed for 1,023 yards and 14 touchdowns this past season. He’s a really tough tackle for defenders, he runs violent and is great after contact. Expect Ian’s recruiting stock to raise pretty fast when his film hits the recruiting rooms.
