<p>[player_tooltip player_id='105166' first='Ben' last='Gilliland'], [player_tooltip player_id='104080' first='Dylan' last='Wiggins'] and [player_tooltip player_id='246722' first='Alex' last='Ravlin'] all had incredible seasons, and were named the best of the best in the classification. </p>

<p>Here is a look at those three along with a handful of others who also stood out.</p>

<p><strong>First Team - [player_tooltip player_id='105166' first='Ben' last='Gilliland'] - Van Meter - Senior</strong></p>

<p>All [player_tooltip player_id='105166' first='Ben' last='Gilliland'] had to do this season was replace a quarterback who led Van Meter to the Class 1A state title. Gilliland did just that, excelling in the process. The senior finished with almost 1,400 yards passing with 24 touchdowns and just four interceptions among his 118 attempts. He completed 67 percent of those passes and posted a 165.7 quarterback rating.</p>

<p><strong>Second Team - [player_tooltip player_id='104080' first='Dylan' last='Wiggins'] - West Sioux - Senior</strong></p>

<p>The run at West Sioux when it comes to superstar quarterbacks continued with [player_tooltip player_id='104080' first='Dylan' last='Wiggins'], as he replaced Hunter Dekkers. Wiggins racked up 2,152 yards and 31 passing scores while running the high-octane offense, completing 70 percent of his passes. He averaged almost 13 yards per completion on the year.</p>

<p><strong>Third Team - [player_tooltip player_id='246722' first='Alex' last='Ravlin'] - Underwood - Senior</strong></p>

<p>The third standout senior in the classification, [player_tooltip player_id='246722' first='Alex' last='Ravlin'] led the way with 2,679 yards passing and 32 touchdowns. He averaged 15.5 yards per completion, completed over 64 percent of his passes and had just 11 interceptions on 270 attempts. </p>

<p><strong>Honorable Mention</strong></p>

<p>Just a sophomore, Kaden VanRegenmorter had a productive season for Western Christian with 19 touchdowns and almost 2,000 yards. [player_tooltip player_id='320675' first='Gavin' last='Batta'] of South Central Calhoun led a pass-first attack with over 1,500 yards and 13 scores as a junior, while another 11th-grader, Sam Boothe of Central Decatur, had 1,727 yards passing. From the group of seniors, Carter Moran of Woodward-Granger went out strong with 15 scores and 1,960 yards on 64 percent completions. </p>
