JaQawn McRoy was an incredibly reliable offensive linemen for Clay-Chalkville last season- he has quickly progressed and become the top OL prospect in the state- his level of play the last few seasons speaks for itself. Standing at 6’8 350, McRoy is absolutely massive- his size completely overshadows any defensive linemen he lines up against. Despite being as large as he is McRoy moves super well, doesn’t get overwhelmed in pass protection and can accelerate to the second level surprisingly fast given his size. With that kind of skill, McRoy hasn’t gone unnoticed- he’s recieved offers from tons of top tier programs like Tennessee, LSU, and Auburn!
Malachi Harris Malachi Harris 6’4″ | 320 lbs | OL Anniston | 2024 State AL has really come into his own at offensive guard for Anniston, his ability in the trenches is dominant- it’s hard to not notice his impact. At 6’4 320, Harris dominates the interior of the offensive line- his work in the run game is phenomenal, he has the athleticism to efficiently set blocks up for his RB. In pass pro, Harris is still super impactful, he has great bend and leverage and has the strength and hands to take on any defensive tackle. Harris has also recieved a bunch of attention at the next level, recently he’s added offers from Mississippi State, South Carolina, and Kentucky!
Highlights
Kalari Gordon Kalari Gordon 6’4″ | 305 lbs | OL Carver | 2024 State AL has been really reliable for Carver, his play on the offensive line has only gotten better over the last few years. Gordon is 6’4 305 and has a tremendous amount of strength and power as a blocker- he can straight up bully defensive lineman and linebackers with ease. Gordon does a great job containing pressure off of the edge, consistently giving his QB a clean pocket and helping Carver’s offense move the chains. Gordon has been picking up some collegiate attention recently, having received offers from Alabama State, Alcorn State, and Jackson State.
