2024 DBs to look out for moving ahead

This year Prince averaged over 4 tackles per game had double digit pass deflections and 8 Interceptions. Cottonham has shown that he can play at a high level consistently and will continue to do so under a new head coach. This season alone Clearman was able to shut down some notable receivers and do so quite efficiently. Jacob was able to intercept 6 passes and deflect multiple others displaying his awareness and instinct to make a play on the ball.  Clearman has won various awards due to his ability and will be looking to capitalize on the momentum moving forward. His team made it all the way to the State Championships and put up quite a fight. Furthermore Victor Davis was simply a turnover machine this season. He had 7 interceptions, a fumble recovery and multiple deflected passes. Victor's exceptional playmaking skills helped the Mendenhall Tigers make it all the way into the State Championships where they put up a great fight against the eventual 4A State Champion. Jarvis came up with 5 interceptions in only 8 contests. What this shows is that with a full season Smith is capable of nearly 8 Ints. Furthermore, Smith helped his team accomplish a winning record of 7-4 and into the second round of the State Playoffs.
