Continue ReadingMerry Christmas everyone. This week we have been looking over the prospects who will see their stock rise this off-season. Today we break down the 2024 guys. There are a lot of studs throughout this class to keep up with. Let’s take a look.
Christopher Jones Christopher Jones 6'1" | 215 lbs | LB Hartfield Academy | 2024 State MS , Hartfield Academy, 2024
Jones is a two-way player on the high school level. However, read this next sentence very well. Jones is a mean linebacker that you don’t want meeting you in the hole. Jones knows how to pack the punch and lay some blows. He is a superstar on the field when he is playing defense. I love the way he attacks the game. This guy is going to see his stock rise a lot this off-season. He ran a 4.61 laser time at the Army Bowl Combine. He has 220 pounds to deal with. Including that speed. That is very scary.
Kenneth Hill, FS, Louisville
Hill is a dog on the field. He is very aggressive, and knows how to make good contact. He isn’t the biggest prospect in his position, but I can see him showing up big this off-season. Hill is a guy that plays his position like a center field baseball player. Hill knows how to read offenses very well. You can tell he is a guy that knows how to pack a punch. Had five interceptions this year with over 80 tackles. He needs to continue to work on his footwork as well. Sometimes he can get caught up when his team plays man-to-man coverage. Hill is a stud we must keep up with.
Aaron Travis, DL, Grenada
Travis is a real country boy that has a lot of strength. He has a way of getting around on the football field. He is very raw. If Travis gets a good off-season of working with some good trainers he will see his stock rise. He is tall, and has a lot of weight he can gain. He is a stud in the running game. Travis has a few power five offers. He is a guy that a lot of schools have started to pay attention to. His pass rushing skills need to advance this off-season. That will help his stock rise.
Raheem Vance Raheem Vance 6'1" | 210 lbs | QB Olive Branch | 2024 State MS , QB, Olive Branch
Vance is going to make a lot of noise next season. He is already working very hard to improve his game. Vance has a strong arm, but he can also fit the football in tight places. He is a powerful runner when he takes off. He also knows how to operate the read option very well. This is his time to let it be known that he should be highly recruited. Vance can line up and sling the rock with anyone. He has a lot of toughness, and he also does a great job of reading the field. I was able to sit down with him for a session of watching film. This kid is going to show off some great talent at camps next summer.
