The best players always find a way to impact the game. These four players showed up and out each Friday.

[player_tooltip player_id='406860' first='Tevita' last='Pome'e'] || DL || 6'3 || 315 || Layton Christian Academy High School || 2023
Trying to move an immovable object is extremely challenging, and it's what linemen in the 1A classification attempted to do each week when facing Pome'e. He's a true space eater who controls gaps as well as any other player in the state. Pome'e takes on double teams incredibly well, where he holds his own and will barely give ground. Even when it seems like he's been taken out of the play Pome'e finds a way to contribute to the stop. He sheds blockers well and can engulf running backs if they try to squeeze past him. The soon-to-be Oregon Ducks will continue to shut down rushing attacks at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='406862' first='Mateaki' last='Helu'] || ATH || 6'0 || 200 || Stansbury High School || 2023
Helu is an elite athlete who can play on both sides of the ball. On offense, he's a game-changing running back with blazing speed and exceptional vision. He's nearly impossible to bring down in the open field, where he slips out of numerous tackles. Helu's shiftiness is hard to contain, and his quick feet allow him to make sharp cuts. Defensively he has good instincts, and when you pair that with his polarizing speed, you have a special player. Helu is a good tackler who shines at tracking down ball carriers on the outside. Wherever he plays at the next level, there is no doubt he will make a substantial impact.

[player_tooltip player_id='406863' first='Isaac' last='Terrell'] || DL || 6'2 || 240 || Lehi High School || 2023
Terrell helped the Pioneers become back-to-back state champions, and they wouldn't have accomplished this feat without him. He's a great leader who leads with his words and play. Terrell is a relentless pass rusher who can win on the inside or outside. He has a devastating bull rushes and a slew of moves he employs to create havoc on dropbacks. Terrell is a good athlete who displays solid bend and a fantastic motor. He provides strong run support and always seems to make the biggest plays in the biggest moments.

[player_tooltip player_id='406869' first='McCae' last='Hillstead'] || QB || 5'11 || 175 || Skyridge High School || 2023
Hillstead is a great athlete who is also a great quarterback. He can dice defenses up from the pocket, but when plays break down, that's when you see what makes him truly special. Hillstead breaks tackle after tackle in the pocket or in the open field. He does a great job buying his receivers time when the play breaks down and can scramble for chucks of yardage if needed. Hillstead missed most of the 2022 season but came back when his team needed him in the postseason the phenomenal quarterback rose to the occasion as he always does. He'll be making plays at Utah State in no time.

The best players always find a way to impact the game. These four players showed up and out each Friday.
