Thanksgiving Feast: Best Run Stuffing Plays of 2022

<p>Time for everybody's favorite - stuffing! It is just one of those dishes that makes the Thanksgiving holiday what it is. Lucky for the watching eyes in Mississippi, there were plenty of run "stuffing" plays made by the big guys in the trenches this season. Is there a better day of the year to honor the defensive linemen? I sure don't think so. It is about time we show the front 4 some love, so lets get to it. Below are some of the best plays made by linemen across Mississippi submitted by prospects across the state!</p>   <p><strong>2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1121305' first='Detrick' last='Munford'] | Amanda Elzy</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/DetrickMunford/status/1595759517018488832 </div></figure>   <p>The long defensive end put on a pretty display of pass rushing throughout his junior season. Against the run, Munford is just as powerful, using his length to create separation between himself and opposing offensive linemen. Don't let this guy beat you inside because he will blow up the ball carrier!</p>   <p><strong>2023</strong> <strong>Amarion Ware | Harrison Central</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/bigpik_23/status/1595498560333971456 </div></figure>   <p>Holy smokes, you wanna talk about big time momentum plays. Look no further. Senior Amarion Ware takes away the inside running lanes and forces the ball carrier to bounce it outside. Using his massive size and strength, Ware takes the ball carrier with one arm and sends him flying! How about that for a tackle for loss?</p>   <p><strong>2023 Shundarrious Wade | Hernando</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/bigapedizzle/status/1595441818690371585 </div></figure>   <p>Nose tackles rarely get a lot of appreciation for what they do. Not on this play though. Shundarrious Wade's stop here may be the best looking run stop we've seen in a while. Bullying the center off the ball, Wade quickly knocks him over before delivering a huge blow to the opposing ball carrier. 2 for 1 special over there! </p>   <p><strong>2023 Alex Larry | Greenwood</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Noontime__61/status/1595651474561851392 </div></figure>   <p>Alex Larry played interior defensive line for his team this season. This is a guy that plays with a motor that runs hot! Love seeing play 3 on his highlight reel where he drives the guard off the line of scrimmage into the backfield, and quickly separates to make a big hit on the running back.</p>   <p><strong>2025 Radarron Leech | Heritage Academy</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/LeechRadarron/status/1595476346762928128 </div></figure>   <p>Only a sophomore, Radarron Leech treated this opposing offense like a bunch of dominoes. Watch as he bullies the center over top of him, pushes him back into the quarterback, and then subsequently knocks over the running back! Super impressive play here from such a young guy - you sure can tell how strong he is.</p>   <p><strong>2024 Anthony Henry | Callaway</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/6o1_ant/status/1595562008870617090 </div></figure>   <p>Henry is a big man that can RUN! Look at the explosion he has coming off the football, hawking down the running back in the backfield. Big time play from a big time athlete!</p>   <p><strong>2024 John Campbell | Campbell</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Johnathxn/status/1595680406954811392 </div></figure>   <p>A part of a Southaven defense that gave folks trouble all season, John Campbell made a bunch of plays on the interior. Watch here as he gets hands on to the offensive lineman, disengages by shedding him, and then suplexes the ball carrier WWE style! Big time play!</p>   <p><strong>2023 Caleb Thomason | Hernando</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Calebthomason45/status/1595452304982941702 </div></figure>   <p>Used all across defensive fronts this past season, Thomason got his fair share of favorable matchups. Look at play two on his highlight reel. Thomason quickly beats the guard inside using his speed and delivers a big blow to the ball carrier. He didn't look too shabby as a pass rusher either!!</p>   <p><strong>2023 Javion Allen | Warren Central</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/JavionAllen9/status/1595454133011714049 </div></figure>   <p>A senior on a very good Warren Central team, Javion Allen was great at setting the edge and forcing the ball inside this last season. Allen played with strong hands as indicated by the third play of his highlights. This is the type of guy that was moved all over the front and caused havoc wherever he was.</p>   <p><strong>2024 Emmanuel Robinson | Newton</strong></p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/60_emmanuel/status/1595559857641476096 </div></figure>   <p>If you are looking for dominant players that go 100% every play, look no further than Newton's Emmanuel Robinson. Watch the way he comes off the ball, beats his man, and pursues the ball carrier when the run is heading away from his side.
