Division 1 State Championship X-Factors

I watched Beasley play in the second round of the playoffs against Saline. He was all over the field in that game making key tackles and delivering big hits. Beasley has shown the ability to blitz up the middle and get after the quarterback. He is quick to read where the football is going and then flies up to make a tackle. He has a strong muscular build and a frame where he could continue to add muscle without losing speed and explosion. Beasley should have many tackles in this game and will give his team a great chance to win by stoping the opposing offense from generating big plays. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#7 Blake Herron | Caldonia | LB | <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2J3Xwq">Hudl</a></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Herron does a good job of getting around blockers and then working to make tackles. Herron does a great job of dropping into coverage and positioning himself to make a play. He has good hands and can come down with interceptions. Herron has shown good bursts when pursuing ball carriers and takes great angles. If <strong>Caledonia</strong> comes out with a victory in this game it will likely be due to Herron making a game-changing play. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#12 Jett King | Caldonia | LB | <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2JVaL3">Hudl</a></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>King is very good in coverage and can come down with interceptions. <strong>Caledonia</strong> plays him as a stand-up outside linebacker and allows him to fly into the backfield to make tackles for loss. King will fly off the edge and will stop ball carriers before having time to accelerate through the hole. <strong>Caledonia</strong> would love for King to be disruptive in this game and make multiple tackles for loss.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#4 [player_tooltip player_id='243426' first='Mychal' last='Yharbrough'] | Belleville | DB | <a href="https://www.hudl.com/video/3/15982770/63560b82ff02270900758c14">Hudl</a></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Yharbrough is so good at changing direction and breaking to make plays on the football. He has very good ball skills and can get the ball in the air or when it is tipped. Yharbrough has no fear when it comes to coming up and making tackles. Yharbrough has great tackling form and does a great job of breaking down and getting into an athletic position. Yharbrough<strong> </strong>has the ability to play coverage in the deep zone and up close in man-to-man coverage. Yharbrough's size and length do not allow opposing receivers to get separation on him. Yharbough has been very good this season for <strong>Belleville</strong> and I enjoyed watching him make plays against Saline. You expect Yharbrough to make at least one big-time tackle in this football game. He is a guy that <strong>Caledonia </strong>likely won't want to test too often when he is in coverage. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='243426' first='Mychal' last='Yharbrough']</strong> has made plays this year at receiver for <strong>Belleville</strong> and shows a lot of explosiveness with the football in his hands. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
