Beck has been one of the most athletic and consistent offensive lineman across the region this Fall and is a very nice get for Weber State. He committed there last month and is athletic enough to play tackle at the next level as he excels at blocking in space, climbing to the second level and in pass protection. He is a no brainer to crack our updated 2023 rankings.

Bustamonte is one of the better ball carriers across the region, and put together a very nice Senior season for Post Falls. In the first eight games alone, he went over the 1,200 yard marker with 20 TD's and was a punishing runner. He is a downhill big and physical back with strong contact balance, low pad level and always falls forward after contact. He is a next level player and could even possibly move to linebacker as well due to his size and athleticism.

Jeffs is athletic for his size, and offers some upside at the next level. The 2023 prospect will most likely kick inside in college but can pull/block in space and has a strong inside punch and nice finish in the run game. He is still a developing and a raw prospect but will only pack on more muscle to his frame as he progresses through college.

QB [player_tooltip player_id='349216' first='Caleb' last='Loveland'], Burley HS

Loveland is one of the best signal callers across Idaho and statistically put up one of the most impressive seasons on the western region. He is a big armed quarterback that can push the ball downfield, fit it into tight windows and throws his receivers open with good velocity and zip on the ball. Also able to throw on the run/across his body, he seems comfortable making off-platform throws and is very athletic inside the pocket.

WR [player_tooltip player_id='485722' first='Christian' last='Welp'], Bishop Kelly HS

Welp has nice size for the position and is strong with the ball in his hands while able to run through tackles in the open field and make contested catches. Also playing safety, he has fluid hips in space, can change direction quickly and breaks well to the ball with a quick trigger and high IQ in zone coverage.
