[player_tooltip player_id='56570' first='Lincoln' last='Kienholz'] - Pierre

Kienholz was far and away the best player on his team and that was due to his sheer ability to play quarterback at such a high level. Not only did he do it at such a high-level passing but he seemed to take off this year as a true dual-threat quarterback this year, there is a reason he was nationally ranked and he showed it this year leading his team to another championship with stellar performance was all throughout the playoffs. He did not have a single bad outing in the entire season and this might be the easiest lock-in of a pic so far on this list, you know what he's capable of and we've seen the tape. Kienholz is one of the most talented quarterbacks that South Dakota has had and his great seeing him lose 4 years. He lands in at the number one spot and there's not much else that you can say, he's an all-time quarterback in South Dakota football history and he is this year's top quarterback.

Bennent Dannenbring - Sioux Falls O'Gorman

While I wish there could be two number-one spots, that just is not the case and that means Dannenbring slots into the number-two spot. Throughout the entire year, he was on the field like a general, leading his team not only through his play on the field but also his leadership on the offense in the locker room, in the conversations I've had with him he exemplifies a level humblest and a wanting to lead that you do not see with many. He wants to outwork everyone and he'll do it on the field not with words, but instead with his play. He loves to be part of vertical seems that's where he can put the ball into the air or create plays for his running back or other receivers to create big yards. Dannenbring is someone that college coaches should look at it now and have in their system, he's humble and hungry and moreover, he's just a great quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='287085' first='Dylan' last='Elrod'] - Harrisburg

Elrod is someone who is just all-around great at everything he does, whether that is running around the field of his legs or putting pinpoint laser passes for other quarterbacks can I get it? What he has compared to others is some laser accuracy, I have seen tape of him or he can get passes in four other quarterbacks simply just cannot, that is due to his powerful arm ability to read the field with no others. Not to mention his ability to communicate with his offense is something that is even more critical if you want to take your game to the next level, saying that Elrod is an extremely college-ready quarterback and someone that Scout should look at for his college prospect ranking, he is a film nerd and will want to pick a part of Defense with extreme accuracy being someone who doesn't like turnovers. Elrod rows up on my QB ranking board and it was great to see how well he played the entire year.

[player_tooltip player_id='56545' first='Taylen' last='Ashley'] - Sioux Falls Jefferson

Ashley isa run-first quarterback that had a great system around him and he simply thrived with his ability to outrun anyone in his way. His agility and simple ability to fake out Defenders with his Juke moves is something that is landing on this list, while he will not be continuing his college. Football instead playing college basketball at the University of Sioux Falls, it was still impressive to see what he did this year. While he did not always go for the big throw downfield he did make the smart passes of screenplays or even simple checkdowns to get his team yards with fast and talented players around him. He works well with teammates and is a natural-born leader, while he will not be continuing his football career it is great that you'll be continuing his athletic career seeing what this young man has in store

[player_tooltip player_id='101217' first='Lucas' last='Slack'] - Brandon Valley

This list was extremely tough to make and I did have to leave a few players out, that being said Slack comes in at the bottom of the list as one of the top underrated quarterbacks in South Dakota. Slack not only has a rocket arm but ability to escape the pocket in evade pressure like no other. Watching Slack play is like poetry in motion with his ability to make great rows and read the defense like no other, he can almost have a second sense on where wide receivers will be. She can make broken please turn into something that looked like they were going to happen all along, while he might be a more raw Prospect compared to others I think he has some sheer talent that you just do not see and I want and drive to win at football. Slack while I wish I could bring higher on this list slots in the number five is one of the best quarterbacks South Dakota has to offer.
