<p>Congratulations to Miami Northwestern senior quarterback <strong>Taron “Tyger” Dickens</strong> on becoming Miami-Dade County's all-time leading passer. The Bulls' standout had 281 yards against Miami LaSalle Immaculata in Saturday night's 44-0 win, giving him 10,076. He broke Miami Booker T. Washington product <strong>Torrey Morrison's</strong> record.</p>

<p>In Fort Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons' ninth win of the season, junior TE <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='333146' first='Colton' last='Heinrich']</strong>, one of the best in the state, caught four balls for 136 yards and 2 scores.</p>

<p>In Palm Beach Garden's win, the Gators got a huge performance from the entire linebacking corps. <p>Pembroke Pines West Broward 2023 WR/LB <strong>Brandon Armenteros </strong>had 8 Receptions for 170 yards and 3 TDs. His teammates <strong>Nicholas Vazquez</strong>, 2024 finished with 8 tackles, 1 TFL and 2 PBU and QB <strong>Jonathan Morrilo</strong> (17-23 262 2 TDs 1 int.). </p>

<p>In winning for the fifth straight time, Parkland Douglas had some quality performances – such as RB <strong>Clayton Cannon Jr.,</strong> who carried for 181 yards and 2 scores, <strong>Justin Spano</strong> 117 yards and 1 score on the ground and 30 yards and 2 touchdowns in the air and QB <strong>Ryan Spallina </strong>accounted for 1 rushing TD/ 2 passing touchdowns. On defense, <strong>Zack Krajczewski</strong> (7 tackles for loss and sack) and <strong>Mikel Smith</strong> (3 Tackles, interception).</p>

<p>In a come-from-behind win against Davie Nova, 2024 QB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='275843' first='Jadyn' last='Glasser']</strong> completed 13 passes for 219 yards and 1 touchdown.</p>

<p>Orlando Jones' backup QB <strong>Christopher Tooley</strong> was a modest but effective 6-of-9 passing for 51 yards and a touchdown throw to <strong>Derrick Rogers</strong>. He was more effective on the ground with 96 yards and two TDs on just five carries. He scored on 65- and 27-yard keepers.</p>

<p>Winter Park got a 162-yard two-touchdown rushing night from senior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='381551' first='Amaris' last='Shaw']</strong> and added relentless defense to wrap up the district title. The Wildcats were also sparked by <strong>Izaiah Jean-Baptiste</strong>, who scored on an 84-yard punt return and <strong>Zion Gunn </strong>took an interception back 76 yards for the pick-six score.</p>

This week, he was 24 of 38 for 367 yards and 5 passing TDs. Blake's 8-game total for the year is 161/240 for 2,514 yards with 32 passing TDs and 5 interceptions. </p>
