Mr. Trimble picks up where he left off last season already racking up 802 yards for 10 TDs averaging 114.6 receiving yards per game. Turn on his highlights below and you’ll see the dominance he plays with on Varsity. His ability to get vertical quickly once he secures the catch is one to keep an eye on – so much so that even if you try to tackle him in the flat he flashes his ability to break the grab tackle and break a long run for six. This young man can hurt you out of the slot as well as on the perimeter, both of which he can break defenders off at the top of his route to create separation. Keep a close eye on this young man for the rest of this fall season. He’s also a deadly return man as well. Twitter
Mr. Prokos has continued to put up solid numbers week after week. So far, he’s sitting at 761 yards for 5 TDs averaging 108.7 receiving yards per game. This young man has been nothing short of stellar for Crystal Lake South so far this season as he has the ability to win over the top and secure contested catches on 50/50 balls as well as take a short route to the house after he gets vertical. He’s making a case to be bumped up in the rankings and putting defenders on notice when they line up against him. Twitter

Mr. Revermann is a new name to me this fall season and wow is he stellar against his competition. His ability to win over the top and secure contested catches on 50/50 balls is one to watch. He does so by high pointing the ball and pushing his long catch radius to beat defenders. So far, he’s come away with 626 yards for 5 TDs averaging 104.3 receiving yards per game. This young man gets moved around working as an X receiver as well as in the slot to create mismatches to win over the top. When he’s working in the slot, he can win inside release consistently and gain a step on the linebacker to win over the top. Once this happens, he can either secure the catch in stride or can go up for the 50/50 ball where, in one clip, he secures a contested catch in double coverage. All in all, this is a young man that I’m going to be keeping an eye on for the rest fo this fall season. Twitter
Mr. Smith is a true X receiver that is one heck of a player for O’Fallon Township. Not only can this young man use his foot quicks to win over the top on deep shots downfield consistently, but he can also get vertical quickly once he secures the catch breaking long runs in the process. This young man has been able to produce 607 yards for 11 TD averaging 102.1 receiving yards per game over 7 games. He also flashes his ability to adjust last second to back shoulder throws and his elusiveness to make defenders miss in open space. Most recently he picked up an offer from McKendree University. Twitter
Mr. Rogers is off to a strong start this season with 663 yards for 10 TDs averaging 94.7 receiving yards per game over the last 7 games. This young man has stellar foot quicks which you can visibly see in his highlights below. This is seen both in the return game as well as on the offensive side of the ball. He also gets involved in the run game where he has 7 carries for 135 yards for 3 TDs on jet sweeps. This young man’s ability to gain a step on defenders and break long runs for six is impressive to say the least. This is one of many weapons Mahomet-Seymour has on their offensive attack and one that I’ve continued to follow for some time now. Twitter
