Braden Shettles
Braden is an athlete who has been balling since day 1. As a freshman Braden is showing excellent potential and great instincts with the ball in hand. This year Braden has done an exceptional job of putting the ball into the hands of his playmakers. Furthermore, the way he quickly goes through his progression is next level. By doing this he has been able to spread the wealth of targets among 6 to 7 different receivers showing that he will put the ball in a place where his teammates can make a play on it. Shettles is certain to keep improving both in his technique and fundamentals which can potentially lead to him being one of the top QBs in the state by senior year. This kid is certainly a promising recruit.
Kody Atkinson
Kody Atkinson
Kody has been a solid rusher for his team throughout the years. Every time he touches the ball he has the ability to make it a big play. this year he is averaging near 100 yards per game and over 6 yards per carry. What’s more impressive about Kody is how often he has found the endzone. So for this season he has scored on 14 different touches by being the go to athlete when in the redzone. Kody not only has the ability to break runs in between the tackles but he also has the ability to be a threat in the passing game. Kody has been targeted multiple times by his QB for notable yards making him an all around valuable athlete. Kody can certainly be a plug and play athlete at a D2 or D3 level school should he get the chance.
Jareil Bowling
Jareil Bowling
Jareil is an excellent downhill flowing linebacker. It is great to see how well he fills in his gap as well as his play recognition skill. This season Jareil’s tackling ability and containment skills has led to his team being 7-2 overall and 3-1 in district. His effort and play style is what has helped keep his opponents to only 175 points to 360 points for the year. A great defense is the way to win games and elite athletes like Jareil make up those defenses. Bowling would certainly be a great addition to a solid defensive unit.
