It is normal to expect a lower seed team to beat a top seed team in the playoffs. Most of the lower seed teams have only won two games. I don't think we will see a four seed team beat any number one teams this week. I do think that there will be some playoff games this week that will shock us. Let's take a look at it.

Nettleton vs Winona

A lot of people are expecting Winona to win this game. Winona has a lot of firepower on offense and they have a solid defense. [player_tooltip player_id='910463' first='TJ' last='Lockhart'] will be a blocking machine that night. He holds it down for their offensive line. [player_tooltip player_id='380571' first='Javien' last='Jackson'], Frederick Clark and [player_tooltip player_id='1126766' first='Tyler' last='Lockhart'] who hold it down on defense for them. They are going to have their hands full with [player_tooltip player_id='284025' first='Braylen' last='Williams'].

Nettleton is going to try to roll on Bray Williams and that explosive offense. [player_tooltip player_id='402087' first='Gavin' last='Pargo'] is another freshman who will make a big name for himself. Their defense is going to have to step up and play ball. They can't give up too many points like they have done at times this season. If Nettleton has their defense step up they can win this game.

Greene Co vs Columbia

Greene Co matches up very well with Columbia. Columbia has five guys on offense who can get loose any any given time. BJ Johnson, [player_tooltip player_id='314797' first='Keenan' last='Franks'] and Kayden Miller are some very talented guys. They can put a lot of pressure on a defense. BJ has the capability to bust any play wide open. That's just the kind of athlete he is.

Columbia is going to be a handful for Greene Co as well. They have some young guys on offense who are going to be wanting to win this game. Columbia is the defending 4A champs and I can assure that they will be playing very hard. I just don't think they need to overlook Greene Co. At this time of the year any team can get beat on any given Friday.

Shannon vs Houston

This is going to be a key game in this playoffs. I'm ready to see who comes out on top. Houston is on a roll and they look to make it deep in this year's playoffs. They are tired of coming up short. They are going to rely on that running game. Shannon has to prepare to stop that.

Shannon will be passing the ball a lot more when they have possession. I think we will see them load up in the spread a lot and try to make some things happen. Their defense has to be ready and disciplined. Houston is not shy of gaining a lot of yards on the ground.
