Being a team player and also giving back to the youth is the type of player Tanner McKusker is. He is a 6'1, 232 pound Senior defensive lineman that has a dream to continue his football career as an Arkansas Razorback and follow in the footsteps of other former Greenwood Bulldog greats.

Tanner says his strengths are his speed and his footwork with the ability to read coverages and being coachable. This is his first season as a defensive lineman as he has always been a receiver until this year where he had to put on 30 pounds to put on the defensive line.

Defensive Coach Hunter Moreton has nothing but praise for Tanner. He says Tanner has a high motor with the ability to get done what is needed to succeed. He has a 3.1 GPA but says that will come up this year. Tanner says in college he will be a linebacker. He also says after college he would like to come back to Greenwood and be a coach and eventually be a college football coach.

Tanner gives back to the community as he loves helping the younger generation of kids on the football field. He loves teaching and helping to bring out the best in them as he loves being around the sport even in his off time. I feel that Tanner McKusker is one to watch on the football field playing and eventually becoming an up and coming coach in the future.

[player_tooltip player_id='365168' first='Logan' last='Taylor'] is a 6'1, 220 pound defensive lineman. He bench presses 315 pounds and squats 405 pounds. Logan has a 4.0 GPA. When in college he will more than likely be a linebacker. But when asked what position he would play in college he said wherever he is needed. His strengths are his speed, strength and his speed off the line.

He has no stoppin point and he has great lateral movement. His individual goals are to do whatever the team needs to win a State Championship. He and his brother [player_tooltip player_id='364854' first='Cody' last='Taylor'] make quite the duo with Logan on defense and Cody as a starting Freshman offensive lineman for the varsity. Logan says having his brother on the same team is a great experience where not many teams have brothers on the same team. Greenwood is the exception as they have another brother duo on the same team with Cash and [player_tooltip player_id='202575' first='Kane' last='Archer'].

Taylor is a 6'3, 275 pound offensive lineman with 5.4 speed in the 40 yard dash who is starting as a Freshman for the Greenwood Bulldogs. Cody has a 3.5 GPA. His individual goals are to continue to get better at his position and continue driving his opponents off the line more aggressively.

Cody bench presses 225 pounds which will only continue to go up with his growth. He squats 405 pounds. So far this season Cody has heard from Arkansas, Penn State and Rutgers. He says being a Freshman the older players have taken him under their wings and made him feel like just one of the guys.

Cody is planning on going to camps at Arkansas, Louisville, Oklahoma and possibly Michigan, Alabama and Georgia next summer. This previous season he camped at Arkansas and UCA. He was invited to Texas and Louisville but was unable to attend do to his team camps.

Greenwood offensive line Coach Austin Moreton says he is going to be scary for other defenses when as he gets older. He says he has good size and good feet and he has a mean streak in him. Coach Moreton says he is pumped to be able to guide him into the man and player he could and should be. The Taylor Brothers are definitely going to make some noise in the future.
