David Ramos, WR- Lake Minneola High c/o
6’5 200lbs
Ramos has been a big part of a high-powered offense for Lake Mineola through eight games. Hes helped the Hawk to a 7-1 record and they are clearly in the driver seat for the playoffs. Ramos has been selected to the all district team this season. On the year he has 26 catches for 499 yd, averaging 19 yards per catch with five touchdown receptions. Ramos is a big physical receiver that moves (4.47 40) really well for his size, eats up cushion quickly on defensive backs, has the length and jumping ability to dominate defenders.
Payton Dykas, WR- Clay High c/o 24
6’0 160lbs
Dykas is an under the radar junior Prospect for Clay High out of Green Cove Springs, Florida. He’s been really impressive for the Devils through seven games this season. He’s leading the team of 42 catches for 782 yards, averaging over 18 yards per catch with 12 touchdowns receptions. He’s averaging 112 yards receiving per game. He’s also chipped in with 28 yards rushing and has completed both of his past attempts for 38 yd. He’s a two-way athlete that also plays defense and has registered 22 tackles and two ints. Dykas is a good route runner and does a good job dropping his hips and getting in and out of his breaks, once he catches the ball he possesses really good acceleration and speed to pull away from defenders. Definitely a prospect coaches need to check out.
Isaac Oster, WR/DB- Dunedin High c/o 25
5’7 150lbs
Oster is an interesting sophomore Prospect for Dunedin High. He plays on both sides of the ball and has been a bright spot for the Falcons this season. On offense he’s rushed for 27 yards and also has 38 yards receiving, and on defense he’s second on the team with 46 tackles, six tackles for loss, one sack, one int and three fumble recoveries. He had a key interception in overtime last Friday to give the Falcons their first win on the season. He’s a player to keep an eye on for the next few seasons.
Brandon Vedrine, WR- South Plantation High c/o 23
5’11 160lbs
Vedrine has been the top receiver on a South Plantation team that is 7-1 through 8 games. He’s headlining a high-powered passing attack and is leading the team with 30 catches for 656 yards, averaging 22 yards per catch for five touchdown catches. Vedrine shows really good speed and the ability to turn quick slants into touchdowns, shows a variety of moves off the line and does a good job tracking the ball in the air, not afraid to go over the middle and catch balls in traffic. He’s a player who’s stock is on the rise and picked up his first offer this month from the University of Fort Lauderdale.
