Jonah Flowers Jonah Flowers 5'11" | 200 lbs | LB Valley Vista Highschool | 2023 AZ , Linebacker, 6’0″ 200 lbs
Great size, shoots the gap very well. Plays fast and can lay the hammer if you are in his way. Blitzes the quarterback very well from the middle linebacker position, and can read the run as well. 2nd team All District honors, 70+ tackles a season ago, and currently has 80 on the year.
Mikel Henderson Mikel Henderson 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR Valley Vista | 2023 State AZ , Wide Receiver, 6’0″ 180 lbs
467 yards on the year, averaging 78 yards a game, with 4 TDs. Fast, super dynamic player that can do a lot with the ball in his hands. Direct snaps in wild cat, fly sweeps, quick screens, just get Henderson the ball and he will gain chunk yards in a hurry. Considered one of the best ATH in the state, and you can definitely see that once you see him play.
AJ Crespin, Quarterback, 6’1″ 160 lbs
Shifty quarterback in the pocket, who can maneuver defenders and still make accurate passes down field. Shows the ability to roll out both ways and make passes downfield in tight windows. 1130 yards on the year and 11 TD throws and can also hurt you with his field if needed. Gets the ball out quick and can drop it in a bucket deep down field.
Blaise Nelson Blaise Nelson 5'11" | 160 lbs | WR Valley Vista | 2023 State AZ , Wide Receiver, 5’11” 165 lbs
365 yards, 4 TDs on the year for Nelson. Nelson is one of the best deep ball threats in the state. Track athlete with a 10.75 100 m dash time, Nelson takes the top of the defense easily. And even though Nelson can burn you, he can run any route in the route tree, can make cuts on a dime, and can make space for easy receptions. Already on multiple college’s radars, Nelson will definitely gain more traction before the year is over.
