Week 6 Game to Watch Tupelo vs Oxford

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This is going to be a big time game this week. Two teams facing off in a region 2-6A matchup. It will be a game that is going to make for a crucial outcome in their division. Expect for the stadium to be packed. These two teams are only a little over an hour away from each other. This should be a good one.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>Tupelo </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Tupelo has a lot to offer on both sides of the ball. I think this game will determine how good their secondary is. This week they face a team who is well known for throwing the ball. They have to make sure they are disciplined this week. Oxford can score fast. [player_tooltip player_id='413138' first='Tristan' last='Jernigan'] and his guys will have their hands full. They also have freshman like [player_tooltip player_id='212365' first='JaReylan' last='McCoy'] is also a force they have on defense, but he is only a freshman. I think we in his in the game Oxford may run his way or try to find ways to gain yardage on his side. Not saying it will work. Just saying that could be an option.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Their offense is going to be very good. They have [player_tooltip player_id='344100' first='Jeremiah' last='Harrell'] at quarterback who is very good also. They have Qua Middlebrooks who can tote the rock out of the backfield. They also have [player_tooltip player_id='340864' first='Daelyn' last='Patton'] and [player_tooltip player_id='139851' first='JQ' last='Witherspoon'] at receiver. These guys are going to be up for the challenge.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>Oxford</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='106161' first='Mack' last='Howard'] and Roman Gregory will be leading this offense Friday. Howard is a beast at the gun slinging position and he knows how to get the job done. He has some good receivers who know how to go and get the football. Roman Gregory is able to hurt defenses in so many different ways.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Their defense is very stout and they are led by [player_tooltip player_id='106769' first='Alex' last='Sanford']. Alex is a big boy who makes sure these guys are up for every game. He is going to have his hands full this week. This is a very crazy division. Last year Tupelo had a 7-4 overall record and missed the playoffs. When the teams in this division face off it gets very competitive. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
