Region play is only one week away and the action on the field in York and Chester Counties as well as around the state is starting to heat up. We've got three wide receivers to showcase who had excellent nights for their teams and stretched the field vertically.

Reggie Heath, Chester

Heath continues to catch our eye as he is an all-purpose guy for the Cyclones. While they fell to Catawba Ridge this past Friday, he had 7 receptions for 102 yards.

Dion Brown, Clover

Brown is a wide receiver who finds green grass and makes plays. He ran a sail route over the middle and used his speed to outrun the defender, like we saw on numerous other plays. He finished his night with 10 catches, 317 yards and 3 touchdowns in a losing effort to Dorman.

[player_tooltip player_id='208350' first='Brycen' last='Scott'], Trinity Collegiate

Scott had 15 carries for 115 yards and 1 touchdown in a 30-22 win over Augusta Christian on Friday night. He also had 4 catches for 98 yards and 1 touchdown.

Sirmond McCallum, Sumter

McCallum attacked the line of scrimmage this past Friday night. We saw two plays on the goal line where he got penetration into the backfield by jumping the snap allowing him to run right into the back on the inside zone. He finished his night with 11 tackles, 1 fumble recovery and a defensive touchdown.
