<p>Week 3 was kind of a quiet night in Spartanburg County and surrounding areas. With Chesnee, Spartanburg, and Landrum all playing out of state and Dorman off, the schedule was a bit limited. There was still plenty of action, though, and several performances worthy of game balls. Here's a look at a few.</p>

<p><strong>Jakevious Jennings, Union County</strong></p>

<p>Jennings came up huge in his first varsity start. The sophomore RB led the Yellow Jackets with 104 rushing yards, and scored three times for Union County in a 32-27 victory over Broome.</p>

<p><strong>RJ Livingston, Byrnes</strong></p>

<p>Livingston was huge in the Rebels' win over Greer, accounting for 114 all-purpose yards, four catches, and a rushing touchdown.</p>

<p><strong>Justin Woodruff and Jamelion Miller, Boiling Springs</strong></p>

<p>Woodruff and Miller played well defensively for the Bulldogs. Woodruff had 9.5 tackles and a tackle for loss, while Miller had 8.5 tackles and a sack for Boiling Springs.</p>

<p><strong>Kamajay Brackett-Brannon, Broome</strong></p>

<p>Bracket-Brannon nearly led a dramatic comeback for the Centurions. He accounted for 297 yards of total offense, keeping several plays alive with his feet. He threw a 54-yard TD pass to answer a late Union County score and cut the gap to five points with just over four minutes to play.</p>

<p><strong>Braeden Mashtare, Landrum</strong></p>

<p>Mashtare had 220 total yards in the Cardinals' loss to rival Polk County.</p>
