Week 2 Emerging LB Spotlight

Leibold was outstanding for a Cardinal Mooney defense that held Sarasota Booker to 9 points in a week 1 win. He was all over the field and led the team with 19 tackles, 16 of them solo, 1 tackle for loss, and 1 pass defensed. He's also a good student with a 3.3 gpa. He has spearheaded a tough sharks defense. So far this season he's tallied 30 tackles and 23 of them solo. He was a playmaker in those games and led the team with 31 tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack and 2 QB hurry. In week 1 he was all over the field and led the team in tackles registering 17 and 2 tackles for loss.
