Griffin Derusso- Out of Door Academy c/o 23
Derusso has dominated the competition through two games this season on helping lead the Thunder to a 2-0 record to start the season. Derusso has rushed for 364 yards, 4 touchdowns with a long run of 77 yds! Derusso flashes good vision, lateral agility, and the ability to bounce off tackles. He’s definitely a player to keep an eye on this season.
Zaire Davis- Harvest Community High c/o 23
Davis had a two big games in helping Harvest Community to 2-0 start to the season. He has powered the Warriors rushing attack with 16 carries for 325 yards, averaging over 20 yards per carry with 5 rushing touchdowns! He also had 3 catches for 16 yards and chipped in on defense with 6 tackles.

Jermonty Kimbrough Jr.- Berean Christian High c/o 27
5’9 150lbs
Kimbrough will be a name to keep an eye on for seasons to come. In his first two games of the season he has 18 carries for 87 yards, averaging 5 yards per carry with a long run of 31 yards. He did all this as an 8th grader on varsity! He has also chipped in with 10 catches for 84 yards and helped out on the defensive side of the ball with four tackles and one pass defensed.

Zach Weaver- Master’s Academy c/o 24
5’7 170lbs
Weaver played well against a very tough Seffner Christian team in week one. Weaver ended up with 13 carries for 69 yards, averaged over 5 yards per carry with a long run of 14 yards. Weaver also chipped in on the defensive side of the ball and registered 5 tackles from his linebacker position. He’s a player that shows very good short area quickness, and is a tough runner between the tackles, and also flashes good ability at the linebacker position. Showed a lot of production in week one and is a player to keep an eye on this season
